Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the delivery service, noting issues with tracking information that didn't update or was inaccurate, and parcels that were either significantly delayed or never arrived, despite tracking showing delivery. Customers frequently questioned the authenticity of products, with many believing items like trainers had quality discrepancies due to poor stitching, glue marks, incorrect sizing, and differences from genuine products. Conversely, a small portion of people were satisfied with their purchases, praising the excellent quality of items and quick delivery. These customers found the clothes stylish, comfortable, and well-fitting, appreciating the modern designs and overall good quality.

This website is a scam

Similar to the other reviews on this website - I bought a pair of New Balance trainers from their website, but when they arrived they were clearly not a UK size 5.5, they were far too small. On top of that, the QR code inside the shoe wouldn’t scan so we knew straight away they were fake.

When I requested a refund, I was told to return the trainers to the US at my own expense. After pointing out that they were fake, they ignored that and repeatedly tried to offer me partial discounts instead. Sooo dodgy.

Thankfully, I paid by credit card and my bank refunded me in the end. I strongly advise avoiding this company altogethr, the website should be shut down.

DO NOT buy from this company !

DO NOT buy from this company !! I ordered HOKA trainers in my usual size 4.5. When they arrived they are 100% NOT a size 4.5 and I there is a BIG question mark as to whether they are genuine. They look like cheap copies and do not look like my genuine HOKA,s. There is no way to return the goods in the UK and they provide an address in USA to return items. The estimate I obtained to return the trainers to USA was £65!! The telephone number provided on the website is an out of use mobile number. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I am annoyed as I am usually vigilant. Never mind £85 down the drain and a lesson learned! Outrageous like companies like this can operate in the UK.

Not a reputable company

I would avoid this company as the authenticity of the items which they sell is questionable. Their customer service department is also very unhelpful and they seem to have a bank of replies which they use to common issues. The returns address is also in America and as the buyer you are expected to cover postage. I will never purchase from this company again and would not recommend to others!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LOW LIFES

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LOW LIFES!! The new balance I received were no balance, fake, sneid, wrong, imposters, counterfeit..
call them what you you want, they started off offering me 10% not to return them then ended up at 30% begging not to return them, who does that?
The address in london is fake with over 1500 businesses recorded at the same address, probably all chinese my guess.
They ask you then to return them to America at huge cost kind of forcing you to keep them.
The tracking number was fake, didn’t move for days, they hide behind it because they come from china where you obviously wouldn’t buy from.
low life’s make me so angry, they were a present for my daughter, i’m off to Size to do what I should have done originally!!!

Never use

Never use. I doubt any of their five star reviews are genuine. Just read them. Returns policy. They’ve got one. They just don’t tell you, you have to ship the items to US making it so expensive you might as well not bother. Appear to be a uk based company with an address in London but this is a ghost address as there are currently 18000 businesses using that address. If I could give a negative review I would. This should be avoided like the plague. In fact I would rather have a touch of the bubonic plague than use them again. Complete fraudsters. Just done some digging. The company was only registered with companies house at the end of June 2025. First reviews are all five star within one week of each other. And all the people doing the reviews have done over 40. I mean. Who is either that unlucky or impressed with a company to bang out 50 reviews on Trustpilot without them being either a psychopath or paid. Clearly they are paid for reviews. Any way. Thank you for listening to my ted talk. Definitely Avoid.

Counterfiet goods!!

Counterfiet goods!!
Ordered new balance 9060 trainers and when they arrived i could tell straight away they were fake. I have a genuine pair which i brought from schuh and when i compared them both you can clearly see the faults.
The stitching is terrible, heavy glue marks, run alot smaller in size and the insoles are lifting up out of them.
Have contacted them but awaiting on a response.

Fake pair of New Balance 327s

Ordered a pair of NB327's to replace an old pair. As soon as I opened the box I suspected they were a fake copy. Googled to see what a fake pair would look like to confirm. If you had never owned a pair of genuine NB's before you wouldn't know they look the same but they are definitely not the same.

Waiting for a reply from Streetsers but have filed for a chargeback from my credit card company.

According to Companies House it's only been trading since June so expect it to disappear off the face of the earth after Christmas. I'm sure Jayden Hutchinson (if that's his real name) won't be filing his annual accounts and paying his dues to the National Purse!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER

Do not trust this retailer, the say they are UK based but they are not, they're based in Asia and when you receive your counterfeit goods they tell you to send them back to the US at your own cost. When you complain further they block your emails! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER!

Nothing received, not sure if scam??? Now received

Ordered New Balance trainers and paid £85, received 2 tracking numbers. 1 does not exist and the other is with Royal Mail. Royal Mail just shows waiting for the parcel and does not change. Contacted Streetsers but AI generated replies. I checked on Trustpilot before ordering and reviews looked good, since ordering all reviews are now negative and advising a scam. Bad customer service is really not helping and not despatching goods. I have contacted my bank because I have no other option

Just to update this that the trainers have now been received, they look ok

Think customer service needs to be improved but for anyone that has recently ordered, I have received my order. It was later than expected but received

Would rate 0 if there was an option. Ordered a pair of new balance trainers.

They sent me tracking numbers for both yodel and Royal Mail so when asked what company was bringing them they couldn't give me an answer.

Parcel is no where to be seen I have contacted the bank about this company and their fraudulent activity!!!!!

Company claims to be in London but I'm not sure if it's actually on the moon how much BS they talk!!

Scam website

Scam website. Please do not buy from this company. They were previously known as “golf vitals”. Their products are not legit and their positive reviews were posted by themselves. When you request a return they will only let you send them back to the USA even though they say they are a UK based company and their returns state you can send them there. I am currently in the middle of trying to get my money back through my bank
