Our company contacted SS regarding an LOC and their Flex contract support after winning a $8M a year contract. Our experience with the SS staff has been superb. We have an account support specialist that is available any time needed. As government contractors we are constantly challenged with cash flow due to the goverment's payment schedule (usually 30 days after services are provided). We used two $200k LOCs to get a new contract off the ground. Paid one back in a couple months and will have the other one paid next year. What has been most beneficial is the contract support plan. We will run over $5M through that program this year. The interest is a little higher than banks, but the service is so much better it is well worth the cost. We look forward to winning other contracts and using the Flex program for them.

Our company had used This company before and it was because they were supposed to be for helping vets. We took a line of credit and paid it off in full, All on time!!. This was for a 12 month deal. We was told after 6 months that we could do another line after this one was paid in full. So after paying this off in full and ahead of time we was told by some new guy that they could not do anything. Found out that this company has a HUGE turnover of staff, So I would say to use someone else. They are just using the vets as a way to get new customers And NOT doing what they say they will do.

I'll be honest, I was excited about this service when I first used it. I was approved for my $20k line of credit, which as you all know means I have $20k to pull from and of course pay back as I pull. An important note is that we are used all used to LOCs that you pull on and start paying in 30 days or so. Not here, it's immediate. If you're buying inventory, DON'T! You will be paying for it the following week.

Also, your "approved" LOC is not approved. It's there to look nice in the web interface so when you go in to draw on it, it looks like advertised. Like you have an approved line, BUT, you don't. Underwriters will review every draw you take AND you have to take a minimum of $5k.

I took $8k on my LOC, then needed $3500 to finish my inventory order and it was disapproved. I know have half of what I need AND I voiced the timeline of events to my rep, Teddy Tarrone. If you ask to speak with some one, last name Dogins will call you and continue to explain that the system "is what it is." Standard military lingo for, I don't want to do anything about it. I voiced the issue of immediate payback on LOCs 2 years ago, today on the phone, they are still telling me they're looking at other options. It's not professionally run, while I was grateful for my LOC at first, in the end it'll be what shuts me down.

The recruiting process by Michael Deayala was extremely unprofessional. I don't recommend working for this company.

I Have recieved several pieces of mail from Streetshares. Being a Veteran in need of some help to keep my little owner operator trucking buisness running, I gave Streetshares a call. Once I informed them I was an owner operator truck driver, oh sorry we dont do any buisness with trucking companies at this time. Thanks for the help.

Your representative was polite and courteous and professional in her approach. When I told her I was not interested at this time she did not pressure me.

A user-friendly alternative investment group.
I like the ability to indicate the amount of risk I'm comfortable with (lowest of 3 tiers), set a few other parameters and let StreetShares do the rest. So far, no losses with the investments, and I just keep rolling capital into new loans as the principal and interest come back.

This was really a quick and painless process. Staff were very professional and took time to learn about our business. We got the rate we needed and asked for and good service along the way. We were able to pay off our loan nearly a year early and that only took a phone call.

Great company and easy to invest with. I opened an account only about a month ago but already earning interest and have received great customer service. Nice to know my money is being used to help out small, veteran owned business as well as earning a nice 5%.
