Great service.good communication

Product as specified, quality looks good.

Always very quick to deliver, minimum fuss and keep you well informed.

My order arrived within a few days and I'm very happy with them. I've ordered from them before and would recommend them to any one, there was a small problem with unsent email but was soon resolved with a quick phone call.

Easy ordering process and when the parcel needed to be redirected that happened with ease.

Avoid this company! Customer care are dreadful. I ordered my products on Friday before 1 pm as stated paid extra for NEXT DAY DELIVERY as worded expecting my order to be delivered on Saturday as paid for , but no delivery came so I tried to contact them by phone and was met by a message saying that I couldn’t leave a message as the answer phone was already full. Left an email, was sent an email on Monday saying that they don’t deliver on Saturday. Why then would they take my money for a next day delivery when they knew full well that I wouldn’t receive it . I’m still waiting for the owner to ring me , I don’t think he will he’s got my money why should he .

Quality of the product is first class. Price was also very reasonable. Delivered (free) within 3 days. Unfortunately I should have read the full product specs. The rise of 4" was too high for my kerb height. My fault entirely

Quick delivery, helpful customer service who kept me up to date with the delivery time

As a 1st time user of Street solutions I was pleasantly surprised that part of my order (barrier netting) was delivered very quickly along with a delivery note addressed to me. (Excellent service!)
The main items (plastic pedestrian barriers) were delivered to our goods inwards with no delivery note whatsoever, so they just sat there until I decided to chase them up. (Not so good!)
However, a final item (a replacement barrier foot) is still outstanding and no communication as to when I might receive it. (Could do better!)

DPD 2 phantom deliveries and then items delivered to the wrong address (not even close) - product good but delivery is a key part of service

Street solutions is it is exactly what it says on the thing whether you do a DIY project online a new drive the best place for the best prices and quality customer services you really do get what you pay for

The goods arrived in good time. Only thing stopping me giving 5 stars, was for the fact website says chat will respond within 1 minute and it took nearly 5 hours for someone to respond to my question.

Waited over two weeks for delivery of one crowd barrier. Received no updates on the order therefore contacted customer services for update. Advised it would be delivered the next day but after waiting in all day, no delivery! Contacted them again only to be dealt with by yet another uninterested customer service person who stated that they would refund. Our project delayed and plans ruined. Immediately went to another website, found the same item which was delivered the next day as promised and the delivery cost was a third of what Street Solutions were charging!

It was urgent, we needed ramps to get my wife out of the house for surgery, after an accident. It was late on a Friday and the ramps were needed ASAP. Ethan was great, he identified the best ramps, next day delivery and they arrived by midday in plenty of time for her appointment.
