DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM. Tried writing a review on their website but it doesn’t show up. I think they block bad reviews. I ordered from this company Dec 14th, 2025. It stated that it would arrive in 5-8 working days. When it didn’t arrive by then, I thought it’d give it more time. As I placed an order around the holidays. I have emailed the company twice since then with no response. It is now Feb 7th, 2026. It really sucks because I really wanted this cute sweater and still do. But do not buy from them. They will just steal your money. It’s not worth it.

It’s a scam never received anything and they don’t reply. Scumbags

I’ve been waiting for a return and refund from StreetSynergies for three months now, and honestly, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve reached out multiple times, but I either get no response at all or just vague, automated replies that don’t actually solve anything.
At this point, I just want my money back, but they’re completely ignoring me. It’s frustrating and disappointing to deal with a company that doesn’t seem to care about its customers after they’ve taken your money. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them unless you’re okay with the risk of losing your money if something goes wrong.

SCAM - i spent £30 on a shirt for my son - it was far too small when it arrived and they don't make contact with you afterwards.

Update. After finally receiving contact through commenting on their social media posts. They deleted my comments and have not been in contact since after apologizing and saying they would help me. This company is a scam. Their return policy and customer service doesn't exist.

Ordered 3 items .1 came and was ok ,the other pants I ordered xl but wouldn’t fit a 12yr old.The last was a hoodie which I never even received.Tried multiple occasions to contact them and nothing .Avoid at all costs ,they just sell knock off Chinese clothing it’s a scam.

SCAM! This website is a scam ordered two products both were counterfeited and nothing like what’s on their website! Tried contacting them multiple times through social media and emails and had zero response horrible products and horrible customer service and no way of returning the products! Don’t waste your money and time!

Loose threads with bad quality. Only deliver items after filed a chargeback. Do not buy from this website

Orders took forever, and costed a premium price for extremely low quality items.

Ordered a hoodie and a jacket recently , no issues , tracking number received by email and ordered arrive within the timeframe days advertised . exactly like in the pictures and good quality . Can’t complaint

I ordered 2 things 1 the cloud Tshirt all fine nice quality and it came to me but the second thing was the blizz jacket in white 2 xl this one don’t arrived to me yet I try to contact this shady website and no answer. Next time I look up for Trustpilot reviews

I ordered one size bigger than recommended and it is still too small. The material is cheap and is poorly made. I haven’t even worn it and there are already loose threads which contradicts messages from a team member through Instagram who said “we make sure product quality is up to the best standards”

Scammers. I have ordered 2 jackets 2 weeks ago, never got a confirmation, my parcel, not even a response the 3 times I have tried to contact them. Avoid at all costs.

I have been waiting for days to get some kind of message from them but they have not sent anything. How long is the delivery time? And will i receive my delivery?

Ordered a hoodie just under 2 months ago, not a single update since then, contacted Paypal in hopes that I will see my money again. Just like others have said, avoid at all costs.

Zero stars for this ... We ordered from this store 3 month ago , got message about shipping after 2 month and now 1 month waiting for our order. I new about shopping from China and doesn’t have problems with that . BUT , after one month of waiting for them to come back to me through email like “ hello your order is being processed” or smith like that , I started texting them - obviously no result . Then I started asking for refund - no answer . Then only after I told about charge back - I received email about my order being sent . I saw reviews too late , unfortunately so even if this pack will come to me - pointless as I see timing is not the only issue this shop has . Post your review wherever you can because people must be aware before they buy some stuff from there . I didn’t see any reviews when I googled actual store, so try to post your story wherever you can . Will add another review when I receive an order.

Zero stars. We ordered a sweatshirt Jan 30 - paid in full. Hasn't even been shipped. I have emailed 4x asking for a refund - no answer.

DO NOT USE!! If I could give no stars I would. Item arrived weeks after the order and was nothing like the picture. When I tried to contact the company there was no reply and when I tried to write on their Facebook or Instagram page I got blocked! Ended up sharing the page on social media Warning people not to use them and tagging them in it and they suddenly replied saying they don’t refund items on offer!! Thankfully my son paid through PayPal so started an investigation and he finally got his money back. Don’t waste your time or money with this company!!
