Another update : I sent you screenshot with my mail that has no answer of 11 and 21 Decembers I think, as you can see mail on the screenshot is fine, you come to me INSTANTLY after my bad review here and not my two mails on 2 weeks, react in 20 min to a bad review but no care about client request to support mail, I will let my bad review and instead of size change I will do a refund and buy my belt on another website,

Through the whole process, though time consuming and frustrating, their customer service was very responsive and tried to help, and was able to give a discount and a voucher for all the trouble. For this reason, I changed the rating to 5.

I ordered a Heavy Duty Squat Stand back in April. I received the package in May as expected. However they sent two right-sided feet, meaning the rack sides could not be connected, making the rack unusable. Also the vertical/upright bars are very unstable and easily rock back and forth.

I sent them emails, photos and videos. They promised to send the missing foot and new upright bars which should be stable.

After 3 months and a lot of emails from me, asking for updates, a new pair of upright bars finally arrived... Fixing absolutely nothing! The bars are still unstable and rock back and forth, and I have still not received the missing foot, making the rack unusable.

To add insult to injury, I see on their website they have lowered the price from €346.63 to €296.99 for the rack.

What a complete waste of money and time!

Customer service is very honest and forthcoming. I appreciate the assistance they provided me with my issue. Equipment is top quality and pricing is extremely fair. A great company to buy from. I highly recommend their cages!

Done business with them for nearly 4 years and am overall pretty happy with both the products and the service. Shipping varies but big bulk orders usually come with a discount if you ask for it. Their shop caters both to high end and more budget conscious customers. For instance expensive (overpriced really) Texas power bars and ZKC bars vs their own two-tier line where the new 2.0 Riot line and the powerlifting bars are very well priced compared to the other competitors.

Bought 1000€ gear in July 2020 and I had a good experience. I looked back to buy additional stuffs lately in Jan 2021 but I noticed that the shipment cost was higher than my expectation and that the coupon code that I used the previous time was expired.
They had good prices but without the discount code and with the shipment fee high I chose to buy somewhere else.
In detail, I was looking for a couple of 25kg bumper, which are sold 3€/kg. Shipmente for 50 kg was about 55 euro towards Italy. In July 2020 I had delivery 300+ kg for 100 euro.
I asked via mail if they had another valid discount code and to ask if was just a mine impression that delivery costs were higher than before, the reply stated : "Thanks a lot for getting in touch with us. Unfortunately the discount code "vichingo" has expired but no worries, there will be some special discounts for future orders soon." This was on 4th Jan, let's see their special discounts.

I will take strengthshop in consideration for my next orders.

update: I would like to add that the communication with strengthshop team is excellent. They always have addressed my questions by email or over the socials promptly and clearly.

regarding the shipment fees they claim that the shipping costs gets, proportionally, lower as the weights increases. Therefore, buying 300kg of gear could result as an slightly higher shipping costs when compared to just 50kg. I fully understand that, but this does not seem to be completely true. For my case shipping the plates as single would have result as a slightly lower shipping costs than shipping both together.

Despite this little discussion I would recommend to anyone to buy strengthshop gear. They are simply grand.
