Living in an apartment, I needed something compact yet effective. This bar fits the bill perfectly. It's so easy to store.

As someone who can't afford regular Pilates classes, this bar has been a fantastic alternative. It’s effective and easy on my joints. I’m so happy with my progress!

I never thought I’d find a workout that fits so seamlessly into my daily routine. The Pilates bar is now my go-to exercise tool. Plus, the included socks are a lifesaver! I've never felt more motivated.

I just received my pilates bar a day ago. The package that it arrived in was damaged. The bar had dents and bends on the metal as well as the rubber bands. As soon as I held it, I could tell it was cheaply made and not like the ad that was shown. The ad said it had a metal clasp when you clicked them together but it did not have this, instead, you had to screw them together. It said there were two videos that would be emailed to me but it wasn't even after I complained, they still haven't sent it to me. I mentioned there are no instructions as to how to use the bar or how to tighten it for a harder workout. I have sent photos of the bar and they say I haven't proven them what I am claiming. They just don't want to take responsibility. I am so dissapointed, I could have bought cheaper priced ones but I bought this one because they claimed it was premier. It is not premier. They claim if you are not happy after using it for a month that they will refund you. I haven't even had a chance to use it and they won't even fix this problem.

I have been missing part of my order for weeks. When I go to my order on their page, it says everything is being processed, even the items I have received. I have called and emailed them several times, and there has been absolutely no response. The customer service is terrible!!!!

I purchased a pilates bar for a friend for Christmas.Upon giving this gift, I found out that she had already purchased one.. Upon trying to return the item which was given as a Christmas gift, I was informed that I was 2 days past return policy. I now have a Pilates bar that i would like to return. I purchased the pilot's bar prior to Christmas to ensure that I would receive the in time for. Christmas. No exceptions for Christmas, this is ridiculous.

I'd give zero stars if possible. I am hearing impaired an ordered their video. It has horrible sound quality and is uselessness me. They refuse to refund my money. Their customer service is horrible. If they don't like what you are saying, they just ghost you. They cannot be reached by phone. Avoid this company!

Very bad customer service ... I ordered the bar, never received it and had ordered the videos to use with the bar ... so when the bar never arrived, they reimbursed the bar but not the videos which I never opened since I never received the bar .... I wouldn't trust them, just very bad customer service ....now they ignore my emails altogether. They can check and see that I never accessed the videos online ...
