I am very disappointed with the handling of my mortgage inquiry. Despite providing all required personal documents and requesting a simple initial call to clarify the process, responses were delayed and communication was inconsistent. Internal misalignment meant I was asked to resend documents that were already on file, and my request for guidance was declined because it did not fit their internal process. Ultimately, the company chose to terminate the collaboration rather than address these issues. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I will be seeking another broker firm.

I don't know if Strike is a scam or the consultants are "just" absolutely incompetent.
All communications that where sent from Strike to banks or insurances were significantly wrong and needed to be corrected by us which caused big issues. So we needed to do all the paperwork ourselves twice. On top of that they only offer the products where they make the most money. Even when asking for a specific product I got the answer that I should care about it myself they don't pay enough.
In the end we lost a lot money by working with Strike, but of course it was less than braking the notary contract. That is what they use to put pressure on the clients. Delaying everything so you have no other choice than excepting the bad product they make the most money with.
Please don't work with them!
