Hello,
Following a verified phishing report, which our partner mandated we handle, your service was suspended. This is a blatant breach of Section 10 of our Terms of Service, since we manually confirmed that the domain was resolving to your server and that unauthorized data was being processed.
We contacted our provider for clarification in good faith even after your initial denial. However, your subsequent messages included threats of retaliation and unfounded claims against our legal standing, which unfortunately ended any possibility of further dialogue.
As such, we are exercising our contractual right to refuse service, and the suspension will remain in place. This decision is final.
