Don’t use these guys - they make up a bogus reason to ask you to provide a picture of your card and then cancel your account

Do Not Deal with
I recently closed my account with Strike, I had a relatively small weekly allotment go to them with BTC automatically being purchased upon receipt, this weekly payment I automated through my bank.
On the last payment Strike held the payment marking it as a potential scam. They sent me an email asking a few questions and at that point I thought fair enough, just doing some checks. They sent a further email asking me how I was going to spend my BTC and wanted me to upload a photo of my cold wallet and the receiving address. I responded telling them that was none of their concern or business and to promptly return the latest allotment back to my bank (which they did) and I got my BTC out of their quick and closed my account. Avoid like the Plague from my experience.
In response to the reply... What Rot!

I have used Strike for less than a year…
I have used Strike for less than a year and I have had several problems with my deposits “disappearing “ or not getting sent to the “correct address “. After reading these reviews on Trust Pilot it seems I am not the only one who has had funds disappear! I tried to contact customer support and when they got back to me they said they had no records of the issue I inquired about. I provided them with the transaction ID and all the information they needed and they still didn’t give me a response as to what happened to the transfer I initiated from my Strike account to my bank account. The transfer was set for 2 weeks from the date I initiated it which is an unusual amount of time for even a bank transfer. I guess they are hoping if enough time goes by they might have a chance of getting over on people if it is not a lot of money. IDK. Then I sent $100 bitcoin to another person that I have sent bitcoin to multiple times and they didn’t get it. I contacted Strike and they said they didn’t have any records of the transaction. I sent them all the information I had logged on their app. Agreed-these people are scammers.

My account was unilaterally shut off ("for my safety" according to them). They would not return my funds and my recent deposit of 3000$ for 60 days.
Asking for all kind of ridiculous process to get my money back like letters from my bank etc.
Do not ever do business with this company!!!

Worst possible crypto exchange
Worst possible crypto exchange. Never do anything with them. live support replies once in 1 business day... No other way to contact them. Probably scam with legit look.
Awful treatment from Strike
Everyone I am a loyal client of Strike. Please be careful using this company. I think everyone should be warned. They do not support their clients. Their 800 number goes to a recording. No one answers their phone. And when I ask questions on their own email thread about my account. They do not address them. And when money is transferred they hold it up for days claiming security. And asking questions that have nothing to do with me or the transfer. And I have been a loyal customer for two years. I have never had this problem doing business with a regular legacy bank. Consider doing business with Swan or River.
Great app
Great app. Couldn't be more simple to use. Perfect for purchasing small and/or regular amounts.
Only thing that could be improved would be a discounted fee when purchasing a large amount, and then I'd never have to go elsewhere.
There seems to be lots of fake one star reviews on here. Probably a mix of scammers, competitors, and those with a stake in fiat. Ignore them.
The service was reasonable
The service was reasonable; I was verified quickly, and the funds were added promptly. I didn't try to cash out, but transferred to a private wallet, and there were no problems.
Do better.
I provided a valid drivers license-id for verification but it got denied and I was asked to provide another identification method. I didn't have anything else to identify myself with, my passport is not valid at the moment so I wrote to customer service and they responded that I am denied to create an account with strike. I then asked if it would be possible to create an account in the future when I have a valid passport again but no, you only get one chance. They need to work on their evaluation process and customer service because it's not fair when I didn't do anything wrong and provided a valid drivers license from the beginning.

I have been using strike for a while…
I have been using strike for a while and had made a number of small transactions. Then I had decided to ‘go big’ and sent £11,000 over to my account and it was not received. My bank had stated the transaction had completed and Strike have done nothing. I have chased and chased for the funds but I’ve had radio silence. Do not under any circumstances go to this company.

Tried to open an account
Tried to open an account, but after entering all my correct info for about the 5th time, it just keeps taking me right back to the first page to enter it all over again. Couldn't even register properly. No thanks, i’ll stick with Wirex.
Edit: I'm not involved in any spamming, just sharing my honest experience after seeing some of Strike’s replies suggesting there is spamming going on for negative reviews.
I've tried signing up multiple times, but it keeps failing and redirecting me back to the main page to start over. It's definitely frustrating, and therefore not the kind of platform I’d trust with a significant amount of money.

Scammers and Rippers
I bough bitcoin worth $500, and wanted to sendout to my personal bitcoin wallet, it then asked me to scan my address, I went back to copy my address, and they said my account is locked out for no reason, I try to reach out to their support team and to no vail. Im not letting this slide, as long as I have proof from my bank and screenshot of purchase, if I should take this to court, I would, because this unimaginable.
Strike closed my wife account
Hey! I need help, my wife STRIKE account just got closed, we deposited $500 few days ago. Can you fix it please?

My account was struck negative with a $600 charge after I made a deposit of $1800. They reversed the $600 charge to my bank and then added a negative and restriction to my strike profile. As a result they won’t allow me to withdraw my remaining $1200 in Bitcoin
All the braindead reviews on here...
Incredible platform, simple, convenient, fair fees and the best DCA in the game.
All the people on here reviewing irrelevant issues to Strike shouldn't even be involved in Crypto.

Misleeding promotions
Promoted as "we lend to anyone who has BTC" but in reality "give us all your personal details or we won't lend to you". Poor form.

I trust Strike completely
Strike is the so simple to use. At first I learned that you could just get like $50 dollars a day back or so. They are just avoiding scams for them and us. That amount grew the more I traded. I love strike and can't wait to borrow with them.
Total scam
Total scam. They locked my account after I made a profit and demanded I use a sketchy third-party with a 10% fee. Now my funds are gone. Mentor Hill and Emily are behind it. I have moved to FifthHeaven. You always stay in control of your money, just how it should be.

Strike scam
Strike wanted me to liquidate £2500.00. Which i did. They send me a guarantee letter that it follows. Funds will be safe and fully secured and return FCA and FSCS services. Now they want another £5000.00 to A M L. Which I don't have to proceed. I won't get my £2500.00 back and they want me to put in more. Just a scam with a threat of consequences.

Strike is and has been my go to platform to purchase Bitcoin for the last 3 years. They check every box for what I would expect from a Bitcoin only company. The DCA options, direct deposit and super low spread, paired with a clean easy to use app is almost perfection. I will be using them forever!
