I ordered a “Silent beanie” on Feb…
I ordered a “Silent beanie” on Feb 19th. Until end of march nothing was happening. The tracking label wasn’t even created, so i reached out (numerous times before receiving an answer) to cancel my order. They did the exact opposite and “prioritized it”. It arrived 3 weeks later, i didn’t even want it anymore cause winter is almost over and the customer service was horrible. I opened the package and inside was a beanie that doesn’t resemble in any sense what was shown on the site. Instead of black it arrived in blue/green awful colour. Print is horrible quality, you can barely see it. On the site they advertise it as “100% cotton”, while on the tag it says 100% acrylic. Everything was just obnoxious, my shipping would cost me more to sent it back, than the beanie itself, and probably they wouldn’t even accept a return, so i will just save my nerves and at this point use it as a rag for cleaning. Would never recommend, nothing about my experience went even slightly fine.
