Fraud. Ordered on November 20th and never received so far (February 3rd) despite multiple emails from their prenteded-to-be Customer Service which is answering on a timely manner...but products are never received and no refunds are given. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Took far too long to deliver& then failed to deliver what I had ordered. Quite frankly they simply lie in email exchanges. Never order from them.

The pictures of the product look good (although they wre clearly AI). Got in the same situation as others, waited endlessly for sock arrive. After three months I did receive them, but very poor quality. Tried to return them, but got an offer for compensation: €4. Learned my lesson...

This company is a fraud. I ordered 1 pair of socks and something else back in late September. The customer service keeps resending the package saying they can't refund. I have send a complaint to the BBB. But at this point, I'm not getting my money or socks.

I don't even want to give them the 1 star! I ordered 2 pair of socks mid October for 2 birthdays. The birthdays have come and gone. It is now December 11th still no socks. I have contacted them several times and I get basically"gee sorry we have no control over it" yesterday I told them I want a refund, I haven't heard anything back from them yet!!!

Less than one if I had that option. What a scam ! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very poor - over 2 months and not received the goods. No tracking update for over a month and company refusing a refund. Avoid this company.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. It is an is a complete scam. I ordered some socks at the end of September. Here we are at December 1 and I still have received no information, no confirmation number no shipment information. They keep sending me the same automated message saying they understand. I’m upset they expedited shipping and nothing. I’ve asked for a refund and they ghosted me. I don’t know how to report this company as a scam.

Complete bullshit.

Really bad! Took several months and several messages before anything arrived.
When it did I was shocked at how bad the product was. Somebody had stuck a cheap teddy to white socks. Unbelievably bad!

Definitely scam/fraud! The vendor claims to be delivering from the US, but is apparently located in China. My personal experience was that a delivery had not arrived after 1.5 months, and all the replies from the vendor were simply stalling. Then I had a look at strikingk's VERY suspicious rating at https: // gridinsoft.com / online-virus-scanner / url / strikingk-com, which made it quite clear for me that I had fallen for a scam. Their website has no solid background information. I now even suspect their "tracking information" to be simply AI generated. Luckily, I could revoke my paypal payment. I've decided to report them as fraudy at Paypal as well.

Should be less that one star. They took my $50 and didn't give me anything. The ads for strikingk stopped for a while. Now I'm being swamped with the same ads. NEVER USE STRIKINGK. They are a total scam.

Total scam, take your money but dont ship anything.

You will be told that they have shipped your order again but obviously they haven't.

It's a BIG scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wrong stuff delivered after more than a month and indeed, stuff was wrong. Never use this site.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Have been waiting for well over a month for my order. When I contact them, they reply with “we have now sent you another order with a tracking number that has zero reference to any shipping company. Please don’t use these clowns, you’ll only lose your money, and all you’ll receive is lies

this company is a scam , been waiting for a month with constant fake updates of the tracking.

I would like to update that I did receive the goods after 2, 5 months. But the socks are of poor quality. I would not buy them again

It's was a terrible company. I ordered more than 3 weeks still haven't received my parcel. I contacted the company they couldn't give me the exact date I will receive. Don't purchase from this company, it's really terrific!

I purchased an item for $31 and paid extra for expedited shipping. The delivery was delayed, and after I told them I no longer wanted the item, they shipped it anyway. Now they’re refusing to offer a proper refund and are only offering $3 as “compensation.” To return the item, they expect me to pay international shipping to China which was never disclosed at the time of purchase.
Customer service has been slow and unhelpful, and the whole experience has been extremely frustrating. I strongly advise others to avoid this seller and buy from more reputable companies that stand behind their service and respect consumer rights.
