Difficult application
Not being computer literate I found ordering difficult. Kept telling me I hadn’t answered all the questions. I gave up but when I went back to it some hours later it told me I hadn’t finished my order. I repeated my answers and submitted the order.

These are great tennis balls
These are great tennis balls. Their longevity is very good too. Would have got 5 stars but for two things. The tubes are only 3 balls, who uses just 3 balls? Nobody at our club. And the carriage charges, a little on the high side.

Having looked into this, it shows you selected "3 Ball Tubes". Before you add a ball product to your basket, there is a drop-down menu that allows you to switch between 3 Ball Tubes and 4 Ball Tubes. You can always return any unopened tubes for an exchange, but we would have to charge postage unless the order is £40.00 to qualify for free delivery (UK Mainland).
