The website was easy to navigate and the step by step order process was well made. All available options were clearly listed on the site unlike other manufacturers I've tried recently.

I did not get my product as one delivery, was not told this would be possible. And when I called about it was told I could of paid another additional fee to get the parts that are sold as one. Together. I paid the overnight fee to assume I could of got my project done for the customer on the time frame I promised. Instead had to delay there opening because I didn't get something I paid for on time. And I am still waiting g for a response from somebody. Very sad because the product is good; but sales team are not informed. I would like to use them again, but it will depend on their solution to make it right. I lost money on my job because of the delay.

Awful experience with this company. I did all the research before making the purchase. Maybe it keeps the cold out if you live in the south but NOT in VT!! It says it's good to -14 degrees F. It got into the 30s and our barn was freezing. When I contacted the company, I was told they had never had that problem before. I was told it wasn't returnable because it was custom (even though I had to cut the metal for it to fit). I asked about any money back and was told no. They suggested buying the 16" vs 12". I told them there was no way I was spending another $250 to be told I'd not be able to return the next set when it didnt work and be out $500 vs $250. I would never recommend this company! I never write reviews but thus was the worst customer service I've ever experienced!

My order was received in a timely fashion and was as expected. I also received timely updates on the shipment.

patrial order with no eta on the rest
Was shipped partial order within a week which was the estimated time but the other part of the order was out of stock and i was not notified until the first part of the shipment showed up. Asked them to expedite the shipping for the inconvenience because its now holding my project up but was told there was nothing that could be done. Now going on 2 weeks since i received the first part of the order.
curtain arrived with greasy film
Purchase a 16 ft bt 10 ft patio curtain and hardware. Problem is the clear plastic came coated with something oily, making it foggy. The company told me to use vinegar or degreaser. Nothing takes it off, not to mention the huge amount of work involved trying. They keep saying they will check with the factory, So I have a curtain hanging thst I can't see through.
Poor Customer Service Communication
I placed my order in 10/31/23 expecting them to ship in a few days. Shipping labels were created then canceled but no one communicated why with me so I called customer service and they said it would ship by the 11/15. I requested a faster ship method since the order was so delayed and was told someone would contact me to pay the difference and no one did. It is now 11/16 and I called customer service again today and no shipping Information is available and there is no mention of me asking for another ship method. Waiting for a call back again today to find out where my order is. My credit card has been charged since 11/1/23.
Update: After the final conversation with customer service my products shipped the following day and arrived rather quickly via UPS. I changed the star from 1 to 4 because the product quality is excellent.
Just wish they would communicate better with their customers when there are delays in production/shipping
