I’ve worn my Oslo Slippers non-stop for the past two months and I honestly love them. They’re the first slippers I’ve had that stay comfy all day without getting too warm or losing their shape. The support is great, and they’ve basically become the only thing I wear around the house. Would definitely buy them again.

Easy to order, Quck delivery. Ordered a few sizes and easy to return. Got free delivery then had to pay for return postage but don't mind that as it was free to me. Love my shoes! Arch support so comfy and will buy again

I am not happy to have to make a complaint.
I have bought several different types of strive in the past. But the last couple of times I have had to return them the sizes are not consistent, size 7 in shoes definitely not the same in sandals. The sandals were enormous. Have to return but cost for shipping and cost for return 10 pounds . Not happy. I thought I knew my size not good enough .
Terrible experience trying to get a refund for pair of sandals. I have purchased sandals from them before and consider myself a good customer however it counted for nothing with this company. I had to use Bank Chargeback to obtain my money. I do not advise buying anything from Strive Footwear
Absolutely shocking customer care, I ordered some shoes last week, hadn't heard from them so I got in touch after and they said they had been dispatched on Friday, well royal mail still hasn't received them, but trying to get an answer from strive is like pulling teeth!! Wish I had come on here and seen reviews before I purchased from them. So any potential customers, don't bother they don't deserve your custom or money.
I purchased a pair of Strive sandals last week. Having previously purchased two excellent pairs I had a issue with this pair.i was a bit dismayed having read previous reviews on Trustpilot about receiving the appropriate customer service from Strive but I have to say that they responded quickly and resolved the matter promptly.
Thought I’d found the perfect shoes for my foot problem, as I need orthotic sandals requiring arch support. Ordered 4 different pairs. Unfortunately, the footbeds on all were made from extremely hard plastic, and very uncomfortable, so I returned them at my own cost. (Very expensive). Two weeks later and I’ve been refunded for only 3 pairs, despite being in same box. Have contacted them and they promise to call back, but they don’t. Called again to be told “it is being investigated”. Funnily enough, the shoes they are messing about with happen to be the most expensive! Coincidence? wouldn’t use this site again.
They sent me wrong sizes. Now I have to return on my own expense, I tried to contact them but they never answer calls or emails. I am very disappointed with this transaction. Never again!!!!
Strive have lost a UK sale this morning. I was logged in and added shoes to my basket. For some reason Strive only gave me USA Canada or Mexico to choose from as my country. Its drop down options only so you can't free type. I went in to my account to see if there was something I could change but there's nothing. The basket is showing in Pounds Sterling but nothing else reflects me being in the UK. Tried Chat but they were off line. I really give up with this company.
Took over a week to process an order that was in stock. So they arrived too late - I had to pay for delivery and now have to pay to return! This isn't the "same day processing" that I paid for, nor is it a day or 2, or 3, or 4, or 5, or 6, late. Brought this to their attention, and their response was a promo code for discount off my next purchase. How about fixing this purchase?? I would not recommend. They should really doing better than this, it's just shoddy, lazy and arrogant.
As a person with size 9 feet with fallen arches I was overjoyed to find your site selling what appeared to be perfect sandals.
However my parcel never arrived as it was sent by the notoriously cheap and shoddy service Yodel! Having become exasperated with chasing Yodel and told to contact the supplier I did so to be confronted with terrible customer service! It took days to respond to my phone call and only then after chasing with several emails to receive a response that simply quoted back Yodel’s already shoddy excuses! This is simply not good enough and I’ve been forced to dispute the payment with my credit card company. No way to treat your customers!
Same as everyone else. Returns are a joke. I've had to write several times, email pictures of the shoes, pay recorded delivery, and still keep writing for my refund...weeks have gone by and I'm STILL waiting. Never again
I was a little reluctant to order online after reading reviews on other sites reporting problems with delivery and return but decided to risk it. Next concern was that my order stayed at 'in progress' on my account for several days and didn't seem to have been dispatched. Nonetheless the two pairs of sandals I ordered did in fact arrive with no warning after five days. The sandals were well made and the ones in half size were a good fit for my feet but sadly not comfortable. So I decided to return both pairs. However I am completely stuck. Returns requires completion of an online request (which repeatedly tries to persuade to exchange rather than return). When I tried to submit the request I have kept on getting a pop up window saying 'sorry your request could not be submitted at this time, please try again later'. I've never encountered such difficulty with an online order before. On other sites I've seen warnings of a slow refund time - I can't get the shoes posted back on my free afternoon. Very very frustrating.
