I am sorry but this has been going on for months and I now have another attempt by 'Strong Marriage Now' to take money fraudulently from my card.

It is simply not good enough for you to say its not your fault, you need to make sure this cannot happen even if this means you refusing any such card payments until you have sorted out the issue. If a zero star review was allowed I would apply it in this case.

Tried to use a cancelled bank card, scamming barstewards.

They tried to hack my bank account and get my money (i am all the way in India). Good thing my back called me immediately to confirm/deny the transaction and i denied it.

This company tried to use my credit card. Citi notified me instantly and the card was shut down. They have caused me serious grief by having to get a new card number and change that card in numerous online systems for auto-pay setups.

I know they say they aren't the problem, but I didn't have my card used by any other site. Having worked in the credit card industry for over 20 years, I'm surprised they haven't taken any action to address this issue. What is it about their site that makes it so easy for the people they say are the true fraudsters to do $0 checks? Maybe you guys need to look internally and at your logs to find a way to block what is going on. You will continue to get bad marks and likely have every transaction that comes from your company marked as fraudulent by the credit card companies. You can only have so much fraud against your account before you won't be able to process any cards at all.

My credit card has been blocked due to a 0.00 Euro request by Strong Marriage Now. The fraud department of my bank stated, that this is a typical try - often used by criminals - in order to empty a card. To Strong Marriage now: instead of answering here on this platform, you may write a text on your website and inform the people, that you guys are a victim of possible scam too. You are not managing this matter professionally. And by the way, one day before I tried to top up my LYCA phone card. I feel uncertain, if there might be connections between both companies. I’m going to let my bank investigate on that. Thanks for nothing

Strong Marriage Now attempted to hack my bank account but my bank too was on alert and blocked them. I do not know how they got my bank)debt card number as I have never heard of Strong Marriage Now, live many states away and have never bought anything from them. If they are not responsible they need to figure out who is and stop them but until then their name was who tried to hack my account so I am sharing this to help others

Tried to charge my card fraudulently. And responds to peoples concerns extremely unprofessional and rudely asking victims to remove their 1 star rating.

This company trying to Scam my card by taking unauthorised payments from my bank account.

My Bank account was blocked today. Apparently, the business (Straight Marriage Now) tried to take some money out of my account. Thankfully, my bank was vigilant enough to decline the request. I've never heard of this business which is in the USA. They should be investigated.

I've read other reviews and realise that (Straight Marriage Now) is not at fault.

However lyca mobile is as at fault, because they were hacked a few weeks ago and all of their customer's data were compromised. My apologies to (Straight Marriage Now). I'll take down the one star review today.

Whether this business is or is not engaged in credit card fraud, it knows such fraud is occurring at their business. Internal controls must change, at least in the short term if cardholders from various banks (Barclays in my case) all seem to want to launder their fraudulent credit through the same firm. Beyond suspicious.

Fraudulent transaction attempted by this company. My bank card details were harvested, (so I blocked the card) and this company is one of several that have since tried to generate payments to themselves.

My card details were used fraudulently to pay for this service
Now my card been blocked and bank is sending me another one horrible.

Someone tried to use this service with my AIB card

Someone is trying to pay for your services using my Revolute bank card.

My debit card details were obtained fraudulently and Strong Marriage Now appeared as a transaction. Please investigate why this isn't being blocked? Surely as the merchant, Strong Marriage Now have a duty to detect and prevent fraud?

Scam, behind the keyboard they think are smart, in real life they hiding like mice...

Tried to run a fraud payment through my FD card yesterday morning, poor security if it’s so easy to use them as a bot. Avoid.

Got scam but was lucky from bank has declined the transaction

My credit card was compromised(most likely on Lyca Mobile) and scammers used to authorise the payment of 0 dollar on Strong Marriage website.
I have seen all the reviews of the people who are being scammed and the response from Strong Marriage. Ideally Strong Marriage are not being at fault but not happy with their response. They should put a check on their website to not to authorise any transaction worth 0 at first place.
