Booked a taxi journey with this company and in the end, I ended up changing for pick up and drop of destination, emailed multiple times with questions regarding possible different people, times and journeys and was very pleased with the service. Great communication, very accommodating! Will be using again and would recommend.

Booked to take us home after seeing a show in Manchester. Booking was easy, they quickly got in touch to check we had left enough time between the show ending and pickup. A few hours before pickup, I had a text through with the name, phone number and car details of our driver.
Our driver was very nice, and friendly, and phoned me to let us know he had arrived and where he was.
Based on my experience tonight I would recommend this service to others, and wouldn't hesitate to book again should I need to.

Excellent door to door service and very reasonable.

We used STS cars to travel to a family holiday resort, which would have been impossible on public transport. At pick up, the driver rang in advanced to let us know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very friendly and patient as we loaded the car with luggage kids etc. On the return journey, the driver rang to inform of traffic delays. Again, he was a very friendly and talkative person and we genuinely enjoyed his company for the two hour drive. STS Cars provide great quality vehicles and drivers who appear to enjoy their work. Booking and payment was very straight forward and we will definitely use this company again.

Would leave 0 if I could. My wife flew back with my two young girls and after a very stressful flight with delays from the airport was confronted by a driver that said she would have to get cash on the way home or be left there even though we had paid.. it seems the company outsourced this job to Uber and instead of the Vito I paid for to have some comfort we got an Uber Renault traffic, my wife was scared and was asked to leave my young daughters in the car while she got cash to pay the driver (that had already been paid) before the journey would continue, I had to ask people to be at my house when she arrived to make sure he asked for nothing else… do not trust this company, if you want an Uber just book one. As of the morning this will be a criminal matter

Our family were picked up from Manchester by Imran Shabir, and delivered to Heathrow Airport. We were so impressed by him that we requested he perform the return journey too. He arrived promptly on both occasions, the journeys were trouble-free. His car was clean, and well-maintained. He was polite and helpful, utterly professional. I would not hesitate to use his services again, nor to recommend him to others. He was a credit to the firm.

Booked a car between Manchester and Sheffield due to train strikes. Booking was so easy and our driver Qosain was prompt, polite and a very safe driver. A credit to the company! Car was immaculate and our journey was great. Will definitely use again, thank you so much.

I would highly recommend this service. Irfan was our chauffeur and he was polite and helpful and kept us updated. It was a gift for my husband to get executive travel to the airport hotel and we have already decided we will do this from now on. Five stars all the way!

Excellent service. Very impressed. My friends & I were wanting a return journey from Manchester to Liverpool. We'd originally intended to stay the night but then realised it was cheaper to get a taxi. I found STS on line and before booking I spoke to customer services who were very helpful. I booked online which was a really easy process. I received a WhatsApp from STS the say before my journey, confirming details. Saleem, our driver turned up on time both for the outward & return journey. He was very prompt & professional at all times. Will definitely use STS again.

My driver Amir was very polite, friendly and professional! Called me before hand to let me know when he would arrive, he arrived right on time and was quick to offer a hand with my luggage. Absolutely awful service. Decided to cancel return taxi back one hour before pick up to return home, left us stranded four hours from home. This return taxi has been booked for months and they refuse to compensate or refund fully.
