Poor service and poor quality

Ordered at the beginning of October and my order arrived over two months later. Limited response from the supplier however when I did get a response they said they had already dispatched my order. Then they blamed Royal Mail saying they had “lost” my delivery and they would re-dispatch the order. After another month and several ignored messages, they sent me an email saying my order had been dispatched (the first time this had happened therefore they must have lied to me originally). What arrived was completely different to the images online. I contacted they several times over the space of weeks with pictures of what I received however they ignored all my messages and still have not responded. Very disappointed and will not be using them again.
