Terrible
Allowed us to move into a property with several issues, one major one being electrical requiring a full re-wiring to resolve. We learned this when the electrician turned up at the door to do the work. When the work was left safe but unfinished Stuarts minimised our complaints and deflected all responsibility to the landlord, citing his several personal problems to be the root cause (and listing these problems to us, despite this being very unprofessional). Quickly transitioned to regarding us as problem tenants and managing us as though we were hostile. We left as soon as we were physically able to. If you must do business with them I urge you to record all calls with them. (2017)
