I was pleased that mug was delivered…
I was pleased that mug was delivered promptly. The only disappointing thing is that it is not quite as fine as the one that I broke - I originally had 2, so I still have one to compare it too. It still says “fine bone china” on the bottom, but it’s certainly heavier.

Mugs and Memories
We already had a Stubbs Mug which was given to us as a gift so we thought we would explore more possibilities. The Stubbs website was easy to navigate and deciding on the logo and ordering the mugs was very straightforward. The three mugs I ordered came within the time suggested and were extremely well packed. But most of all they caused much excitement in the unwrapping! We now have 4 Stubbs Mugs with logos that remind of the places that we love to be. Thank you Stubbs Mugs!

The mugs arrived on time and well packaged. They look great. The website could list alphabetically, it would be easier to find the mugs. I recall they used to listed by genre eg sport, hobbies, also useful with such an impressive range.

Great customer service!
I've bought a few mugs from Stubbs Mugs over the last decade and I've always had a wonderful experience. Recently, one of the mugs I ordered arrived cracked and it leaked - I quickly received a perfect replacement.
I'll definitely buy more mugs from them in the future!

I asked them to produce a replica mug my wife had had made for me, and I'd accidentally broken. I wanted the same fonts, colours etc so sent them a photo of my broken mug which was copied and now sits pride of place on the shelf..... in one piece
