I bought tickets for Barcelona vs…

I bought tickets for Barcelona vs Sevilla for today and I bought them like 2 weeks ago. The match it’s gonna be in 1Hr and I haven’t received my tickets yet or any option for refund or replacement. This company is really bad.

Awful scam artists

Awful scam artists. I made a genuine mistake on my listing, sold the tickets and found out they were for the wrong category. Found out in plenty of time, so tickets returned and refund made. Stubhub charged me more than the sale value of the tickets for this mistake. After arguing with them I got nowhere. Never, ever use these guys, they are genuine rip off artists

Advertised tickets at 85 euros, scam at the end

Advertised tickets at 85 euros
Sold them at over 130 euros each at checkout without me realising how much extra they charged as "fees" outside of their advertised price
tried to cancel within 2 mins of checkout and was told everything final and not possible
big scam - it should be illegal to advertise prices without all the fees on top, especially when their fees are like 50% of the ticket price being shown. Stay away from this scam.

Different entity than stubhub.com

EDIT: I am changing from 1 star to 4 star. They called me and explained how they are a separate entity than stubhub.com and can't help me. However, they were nice and professional. I was also able to actually sell the ticket on the stubhub.es website (Still can't on stubhub.com). I think it's confusing that they have the same name but act as different entities hence the 4 stars. I standby the scam accusations for stubhub.com though. Thanks at least to this entity for trying to care while I have received nothing after countless escalations to stubhub.com

They are a SCAM and horrible CS, avoid. I bought tickets from them for a match, they are super expensive and they take a remarkable amount of fees, which is ok, but then I assume you get guarantees, right?

Well no, I bought a re-sellable ticket and I discovered I can't make it to the event. So now I'm trying to resell the tickets and the website doesn't let me. I talked to customer service who claimed my account is "blocked" for some reason and they escalated it. They promised to come back in 48 hours, 6 days later and nothing. Talked again to CS and they say wait 3 or 4 more days. The event is in 2 weeks so this is unacceptable. I paid 400+ euros in FEES ONLY and this is what I get. They said maybe I can download the tickets and then resell them in another account as a seller, which doesn't make any sense. This breaks the service agreement and might as well just pick up tickets on the street with this level of support. NEVER AGAIN and avoid at all costs.

UPDATE: Now that I have decided to list it with another email, which is the only solution they could give me. Now I can't list it, it keeps deleting my listing and CS don't understand why. They ask me to wait "3-4 days" while they escalate and understand what happened. The event is < 2 weeks away. They don't only rip you off in mind-boggling fees on both buying and selling, the service is no where near what you would expect. I'm not stuck with overpriced tickets I can't sell.

It's a scam, I don't know why they allow these applications. I lost 300 in two entries and they never answered me. I will fill them with opinions everywhere.

It is incredible how a company like…


It is incredible how a company like yours sell invalid tickets, it is totally unacceptable. We entered late and after having a really bad experience during that time. I will send a formal complain about this as this can’t tolerate.
Hopefully, thanks to Martina we could enter the Davis Cup, And that is why I rate with a 5, but be clear it is because her efficiency trying to solve a critical situation

Good security policy.

The site has a good security policy.
I tried to buy tickets for a match and two first attempts did not work. I paid, and some hours later I got a notification that the tickets were not available and a refund came almost immediately.
On the third attempt, I received the 2 tickets and could access the stadium without any issues.
I would use the site again.

Big ripoff

This is a ticket reseller and is pretty unbelievable, I think we paid like a 100% markup.
We used them because the musician provided link on their site for this ticket seller, so the assumption was is that it would be straight/a good option. We preordered our tickets, which means seats were not revealed until a week before the concert - and it was just a bad deal all around. I would never use this service again and would discourage anyone else to use it.
Customer service was somewhat responsive, but that's where my positive comments end.
When we asked about the price on the tickets when we finally saw them, which was originally -50% of what we paid (and that's not counting the large service fee) they basically said 'we are a reseller and can do what we want' - which means they make an absolute bank on concerts. shocking. how is this even legal?

The service was good

The service was good! the seller didn't transfer my ticket but I called customer service and a guy called Eric sorted all very efficienlty and politely, he found same ticket and the remained same price, and transfer was immediately, so it was good! I attended adele show normally!

Working with Eric

I had an exceptional experience with Eric. I am new to the buying process with StubHub Int'l and I've had my reservations. Eric has gone above and beyond to ensure that I will receive my tickets from a trusted Seller for El Clasico in Madrid. I'm flying in, far from home, the day of the match and it is important I have assurance and affirmation that I will be receiving my tickets, without a doubt. Or else, I would have the feeling of losing a lot of money and time. But I feel more confident now after working with Eric.
