False advertising. It’s not a $50 flat fee! Dispatch communications sucks, takes forever to talk to a human. Extremely long wait! Never again!

SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER COME, THEIR PHONES ARE NOT REAL. NOONE ANSWERS. DIG DEEPER WHEN RESEARCHING THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU WILL SEE ITS A SCAM

It's a scam. They never show up and then they only refund part of your money. My guess is that is their business model. The reviews must be fake.

Fast response and accurate time of arrival both we're spot on and the gentleman that arrived was safety first very knowledgeable not a know it all just simple kept a good conversation and I recommend & for myself yes definitely would use them again... Thank You

I love how they actually show up for the time estimated I love the communication I had the key with me and he waited so patiently for me to arrive! No attitude, kindness, and professional. I'd refer to anyone . He even went out of his way to make sure it was parked perfectly .

This was my first time utilizing this tow service and it was great from beginning to end!. The dispatcher was in constant communication, the driver was friendly and professional and I didn’t wait long at all for the tow truck to come. Price was definitely reasonable too!

I was supposed to get a tow service one morning and the company cancelled the service and has yet to give back the refund they promised. It is difficult to even get in contact with anyone. No one answers the phone or emails

Took a while for the tow truck to arrive, but once it did, it was seamless. Got my car to a shop so it can get fixed, and ready to go.

Cheap price, my tow truck driver was there in 10min, and he was up for a challenge did a excellent job

Sitting on the side of the Rd. Request towing. Sent a link. Can't use it because the code is sent to a number that isn't mine. Try to rebook. It says a request is in progress. But I have no way to confirm or pay. Try calling the service. Get a damn AI bot operator that is complete garbage. Refuses to connect with a live operator. Same with text. Worst tow service ever. Useless and trash. Calling another service because this company has its head squarely up its ass and doesn't care.

Great price. Prompt service. Driver EXCELLENT. my vehicle is a beast. Commercial weight pickup but the driver has 30 yrs handled it eell.experience and gave me a ide home too. God bless

Took my money wont answer emails website assistance texts from a Florida number never showed up to tow several vehicles complete scam now that I read all the real reviews on Google dont trust the ones on here that said they showed up its a fake company with no real offices or tow trucks at all

I made a last minute call late at night and they showed up and I didn't have to wait long. I really appreciate their service. Also, they were literally the best deal/cheapest price in town. The admin on the phone and the driver who towed my vehicle were both very professional. I would highly recommend using them.

I needed a tow, and used the chat. First they told me due to the busy time there would be a surcharge of twenty five dollars so seventy five dollars. Then, I asked if I could wait till it slowed down and the chat said, you're more than 10 miles. I said, no, I'm 10 miles. It should be $50 flat rate like it says on your ad. And the chat said, no, it's $50 for 1 mile needless to say I felt like I was being scammed. It was awful. Shady business.

DO NOT USE!!!!!! They dropped my car off at some random address on the other side of town!. When I asked why they never responded. SCAM!!!!

SCAM----I paid them to pick up a truck and tow it to the shop. I called the number, it just hangs up and they never called me nor did they show up to tow the vehicle. Do NOT SEND THEM MONEY

Booked online for the $50 flat rate (online only). Immediately charged $64 and given 30-90 minute ETA. That was at 6:30 pm. It's now almost 10 pm. I've emailed twice with no response and called the number given for dispatch only to be promptly disconnected from both options (press 1 for new ticket, press 2 for existing ticket). This is literally the most unprofessional and disrespectful consumer experience I've had in a LONG time. NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They were almost 40$ cheaper on price. Guy showed up with a roll back aced the backup within 1 ft of my tire to be loaded. Dragged the car up, leveled it off , chained it down and was under way within 5 min of arriving. The wait on the tow truck to get here was a little longer. They had 2 wrecks happen back to back that obviously took priority over my car that was sitting in my driveway. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone needing a tow in the future
