I was upset with myself when I discovered I had purchased the wrong version. I crossed my fingers and took a chance with an email-almost certain I'd have to purchase another version, but I immediately received a response with a corrected version. It was such a relief to not have to pay again-and it was rather unexpected as most businesses wouldn't have cared less that I had made that mistake. Grateful for good people.

Took a little bit to understand site but then everything went well!

I think it was user friendly purchace and installation process and the most welcome discounts for academic use. However, our subscription lasts only for 11 months although the renewal is for 12 months.
