Avoid this company. Save yourself three years.
I signed up because they promised to fight for tuition fee refunds for students whose education was gutted by Covid. My final year of my B.A was wrecked in 2020. My master's in 2020/21 was the same. Exactly the cohort they were advertising to.
I submitted my claim and then heard nothing for three years. No updates, no progress, no contact.
Then, out of nowhere, an email: they'll only pursue students who started their course as the pandemic hit. My undergraduate claim, gone. Fine, I still had my master's, which fit their own criteria perfectly. Today I got the second email. They're not pursuing that either.
Three years of my time for two form letters and zero effort. They dangle "290,000 former students who have already joined" as a badge of credibility on their homepage, then quietly narrow the goalposts until most of those people get nothing.
My advice to any student considering them: don't. You'll wait years, you'll be ignored, and you'll almost certainly end up exactly where I am. A rejection and nothing to show for it. Find another route.
