Ary gets a resounding 10

The young man, Ary, who assisted me with my computer issues - and on a scale of 1-10 - gets a 10, and here is why:
He is communicative, polite, a good listener and has the technical know-how which was needed to fix my computer's ailments. The tempo and efficiency with which he worked on my Mac was, well, efficient and quick - without seeming rushed. And he knows, deftly, how to explain technical things as if he's explaining it to a 10-year-old. Never deprecating, always informative and professional. Really a very pleasant person.
