great service, fast cheap

When you are a student, you are looking for cheap flights with baggage allowance. As a student, I bought a ticket from the student universe website. First, they do not have a refund option. Second, they do not specify the baggage allowance on their e-ticket. On the ticket, they have a link to go to the website of the airline. Which I did and I saw 38 kg at first, then at the last minute 0 bag allowance. I called their customer service. To my surprise, they responded it is our policy and you had to pay attention to it when you bought the ticket. We do not specify the baggage allowance and we do not have a refund option. I paid 662 £ for my baggage. The airline also did not change the 0 to the regular since they cannot change it.
Interestingly the regular ticket with baggage allowance was cheaper than the student universe ticket that I bought two weeks earlier. It is a scam. Be careful.

My granddaughter recommended this site but I was very skeptical so I called their customer service and had a lovely conversation where they explained their services. I'm impressed.

Booked a flight from LHR to Chicago and the process was seamless. At first was skeptical about the ridiculously cheap prices despite the proximity of travel date, was amazed when I called to confirm with a customer service and I got my booking ticket in less than 20mins. Later confirmed my booking on Lufthansa almost immediately. One of the best Booking system I've come across. The customer service was super amazing. I Strongly recommend!!!👍

Student universe charges, exorbitant fees for any changes or cancellation.

The worst part is that you get different answers from each representatives on what the cancellation fee should be.

They charged me an almost 40% cancellation fee for a flight that is 2 months away.

They are clearly doing something illegal. That’s why they have to charge you for the cancellation fee separately.

A great platform for student to book flight at a discounted rate. However, asking someone to snap there card may be suspicious because of security reasons. At first I was scared of doing that. There are better ways to matching details. Thank you
