My baby was given enough time to dress up and make him feel comfortable . Due to the environment and so welcoming staff my baby didn’t cry and the shoot went well.

Do not use this company extremely unprofessional don’t know how to speak to new potential clients and tricks you into signing up without giving you information about the process and once I received that you get completely ignored. I was asked for sexy photos and ID in order to be told what platforms are used however our stream it was confirmed so I sent my ID to be told it was adult work however now when I’ve got an issue with the name they chose for me. I was told that they don’t like my attitude and I’m not wanted on this site so I complained and said why did you not disclose what platforms you use prior to me signing up as adult work is something I can do solo I was told because of age verification but that did not stop them for asking for sexy photos so I need to make sense because to me the only thing you should be asking asking first is identification then proceed to ask for sexy photos and so on but to say you’re unable to disclose what platform due to my age verification is baffling so I highly suggest that you go elsewhere and be safe because something doesn’t seem very right to tell me that they don’t like my attitude because I’ve told them I’m not happy with their work I’ve had a brand for many years i’ve told them my stage name however they decided to give me the most cringes name possible so when I’ve said I’m not happy I’m not keen on the name. I was completely ignored and then told today that I was being phased out so they didn’t have to deal with me anymore as didn’t like my attitude wen no attitude was given I’m in my right to say what I want for MY OWN profile! ths service is absolutely disgusting and I recommend you go elsewhere or sign up to adult work yourself because they didn’t even want to disclose the percentage that they take! I was tricked to sending details once details was sent I was ignored for 3 days then once
I was told it was AW and the name chosen I said not keen o was then ignored for 5 days (today) wen I messaged to delete my account for ignoring me but was extremely quick to reply once I sent that with I was trying to phase you out due to your attitude. Please don’t use this platform!

I am distressed that I can no longer access Platinum Models website or my portfolio page. None of the email addresses or contact phone numbers are working, that includes the ones posted on this site here and it appears they have completely disappeared.

I paid for a lifetime membership, which entitles me to attend their model academies. As far as I know, these sessions should still take place at A‑List Studio, 65 Tudor Road, E9 7FH, on the first Sunday of every month.

On the few occasions my Talent agent has spoken to me, he claimed that people post fake reviews about Platinum Models. I can assure you I am not fake, nor am I writing out of anger. However, several things I was promised have never materialised. My intention is simply to prevent others from signing at the Tudor road studio.

If you were promised the same things I was, go to their studio. This coming Sunday and show them them that we are real people, not anonymous reviewers, and that we are frustrated by what was promised but never delivered although they have the last laugh as they have got our money and we have next to nothing to show for what we paid for.

There is good experience I enjoyed. They r vry helpful and vry friendly with everyone.

After a photoshoot session, Ryan / Representative confirmed that "I had received an offer from Fusion Management” and “had been selected for the upcoming season's campaign stating that "my position would be guaranteed with Fusion Management only after I made a full payment, ensuring exclusivity for the role". However, this information is incorrect.
Ryan pressured me to sign the agreement, insisting at one point by saying ‘you have money’ and convincing me to sign immediately without delays!.

When meeting with Fusion Management there was no mention of an ‘offer of being selected for the upcoming season’s campaign’, nor was there any reference to my photos or profile being shortlisted, contrary to Ryan's statements.
Instead, Fusion Management requested payment of an administrative fee and clarified that, there would be no guarantees regarding auditions, bookings, or contracts, and opportunities could involve extended waiting periods.

The above has been reported to the relevant authorities

SCAM. They just blocked my portfolio website that they created after taking £350 from me early this year. They will promise you a modeling job which fake. God punish you all, and I will be better than you all in this life

I Had a great time at my photo shoot, nice studio and staff very organised.

This is a slick operation that they run.

They email and call you to get you booked in for a shoot.

Make you do all the standard things —like your measurements — and then they get you in front of the camera.

There is then a questionnaire they send you to fill out.

Then you are left to wait until the person who allegedly made the decision, whether you've passed or not, comes in.

They will tell you you have passed and they want to get you in touch with an agency to book you for a job that starts soon. But as this happens, they bring up three types of membership you can choose from, which were never mentioned until now. This is where the pressure tactics start: they want you to pay straight away, there is no time to consider, and no official offer is sent via email.

I pressed about this because it feels like everything is moving very fast, and they ask, 'Are you committed to this?'-and that is when they try to manipulate you into giving them the money. At this point I was lucky to call my wife and she got me out of there before I made a huge mistake.

I feel silly as it is so easy to be blinded by a potential opportunity, and I wanted to leave this review along with all the other 1-star reviews, also saying this is a scam, so that future people don't get scammed out of their money.

I had a wonderful session yesterday with platinum models due to a number of reasons; the ambience portrayed a mix of African and European culture, the photographer showed professionalism and expertise whilst doing her job and the safe work environment fostered relationship between staff and clients.

The company is doing well so far with a few evidences I've seen online. They have done adverts with many A-list brands both in Europe and beyond and that's a huge sign of growth. They also have clients on a constant basis which shows they know their job very well. And they have a great social media presence which markets the brand.

The staffs were really nice and very polite.

Had a great afternoon at the Agency, and the fact that I will have training for correct posing etc and more photo shoots

My experience was very good because the staff was friendly, helpful and very engaging.
The receptionist explained in details on how to complete application forms and offered help if needed.
My observation skills showed me how professional the staff were as I enjoyed the music in the background. Platinum studio’s was very thoughtful because they supplied beverage and chocolate to keep our energy levels flowing. The photographer did a great job with all the shoot's and he made me feel very comfortable. As for Joe, he was a real gentleman and very pleasant. He explained the process step by step and let me know how the company works.
So all in all my experience was enjoyable and helped me develop more confidence and professionalism.

Overall, my experience with Platinum Models was very positive. I had an amazing photoshoot with Blanche, who made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The atmosphere was relaxed, and I truly enjoyed the session.

However, the waiting time was quite long, and I think the agency could manage bookings a bit more efficiently. After the photoshoot, I met with the lovely consultant Hannah, who explained several package options. While offering packages is completely fine, I was not expecting that part, as I had previously checked whether any payments would be required at any point.

What I found difficult was the strong pressure to make a decision and pay for a package immediately. It’s uncomfortable to be asked to commit on the spot, especially when the amounts are £600 or £1000- sums that many people understandably may not have available right away.

In my view, when professionals like them genuinely sees potential in someone, it’s better to give them time to think and make an informed choice rather than presenting it as a “now or never” opportunity.

I hope this feedback encourages the Platinum Models to review its approach, because both future models and the agency itself would benefit from a more supportive and flexible process and not wasting my and their time as they explained after.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, encouraging and vibrant which made for a comfortably fun photo shoot (that was taken for free!).

The shoot was amazing plus the staff and photographer was really very calm and co-operative.

Arrived promptly at 2.45 for a photo shoot.Not feeling to good (FLU SYMPTOMS)I rang at 10am just to see if I could cancel for another day maybe ,was told NO photographer was there and has to be paid. Ok fair enough didn't want to upset them ,so I travel in from Rochester 2 and a half hour journey. On arrival there are MANY people waiting ,many having their photo shoot ,so it wouldn't have made the slightest difference whether I was there or not .Could easily have been booked in at a latter date .After sitting there for 45 minutes I approached a lovely young lady at the desk who was most helpful and enquiring how long do you think it would be until my shoot ,she was pleasant in everyway ,told me probably not long .The confronted by a rather large lady aggressively telling me to sit down and wait like the others ,her demeanor, manner was disrespectful and dismissive. So we had words at that point she was shouting out aloud go away turkey teeth and other insults VERY LOUD.I responded with the word SCUM I believe I repeated this several times .I certainly not proud of my behaviour ,but this indervidual was SO SO toxic and angry.Everything I've mentioned above is honest and true.

I had a wonderful experience at the Platinum Model Studio.
The team were amazing, they all worked together to create a unique experience tailored just for me. There was no judgement, just acceptance for who I am. As someone who has a hidden disability, new experiences can be overwhelming, but from the minute I put foot inside, I was acknowledged. I am so grateful for this opportunity to work with such awesome talented people. Thank you
