Possible scam - incorrect products with no customer support after paying
I recently placed an order for 2 personalised embroidered handkerchiefs for my parents on my wedding day. Long story short, Studio Hop made and sent the products before the final design and message were agreed, and I am now being ignored by their team on multiple channels, despite having received incorrect products.
It feels like I have been scammed, as the handkerchiefs were quite expensive and the team were extremely responsive up until the point where I paid for the product and it was dispatched (when I was still waiting for a response from their team to agree the message and design). After this their team stopped responding to any communications asking for support, through email and Facebook.
I have since seen online posts from others who have had similar experiences, and wish I had read them before purchasing.
I would desperately like to speak to the team and get a refund for the products that I have paid for.
I am currently a student and trying to save for my wedding, and so am incredibly saddened to be in this situation. I have lost so much money on what I hoped would be very special gifts for my parents and which I cannot easily afford to now re-purchase somewhere else.
