I stayed at the Fulham Palace Road location for nearly 1.5 years as of January 2023. Coming from abroad it was a great option, I could have a digital viewing and then I could arrange everything while I was still abroad.

I had a studio on the second floor, with a view of the inner courtyard (very green, nice fountain, and very little noise from the road), with full kitchen and bathroom. So while it was very small, I had everything I needed (with laundry facilities in the basement).

Maria, the building manager, was great. She was quick to respond to any concerns of questions and could even be reached via WhatsApp if I could not make her office hours.

I really enjoyed my time at the Fulham location. I highly recommend the place, whether it be for a shorter stay or more long term. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area too, and well connected to the tube and buses.

I've stayed with Studios2let for a number of months now and they have been fantastic in every way. The people in the office, incl Magda, have been very accommodating to my last minute changes and is incredibly nice to have as a landlord, in fact, the whole Studios2let team have been brilliant.
I stayed at the 29 fairholme rd location for 6 months and had no issues whatsoever! The location is great and its super easy to get to from both Picaddilly and District tube stations, close to the Fulham waterfront and during the summer it's a perfect spot if you want to watch the Queens Tennis Championship which i did :)

I would 100% stay here again in the future and will recommend my friends to rent from Studios2let.

Very handy location, spacious room, plenty of storage space, nice bathroom facilities

Amazing accommodation. Mrs Maria is always willing to help. The accommodation is clean, tidy and very friendly.

The management is extremely supportive and helpful.
The property is very well maintained, clean and has all essential facilities. Support is very prompt in addressing concerns regarding the lights, radiator, keys etc. It was a great experience staying here!

I meant to only rent a studio here for a few months while looking for a new flat, but I liked it so much that I'm still there several years later. The building I live in is so well maintained, and if there is a problem, it gets sorted right away. Shout-out to Maria! Highly recommended!

It would be my third year at Brandenburgh House this upcoming September. Honestly, my stay has been very pleasant. The location is good, the place is clean, and the staff are wonderful.
I would highly recommend!

Since I have been in for my very first time in 2013 I felt very welcome at Brandenburgh House.
The atmosphere here is amazing;
the whole staff, especially Maria, is running out of their way to make my stay always special.
The studios are very nice and practical furnitured
I feel home!

My experience with Studios2let has been nothing less than perfect. I am pleased to confirm that during my stay with them, all the communal areas, and amenities have been maintained operational and to the highest cleaning standards. I would also like to extend my appreciation to all the management team (especially Maria) that during my stay here, have always maintained a high level of professionalism, and have always been helpful and willing to help with any questions and problems that I have incurred during my stay with them. In brief, I am happy to recommend anyone in using Studios2let in the future.

Maria is a great host, was always helpful and responded quickly. The property is clean and tidy. For me personally the noise insulation could be better, especially for this price. Location is great - 5 minute walk from the Hammersmith tube station. The neighbourhood is also very attractive, the Thames is 3 minutes away.

The studios are small but the service & ammenities are excellent. The staff go out of their way to accomodate.

We've stayed at Catwright Gardens and the rooms don't look at all as in the pictures (cushions and runner on the bed and 4 towels). The bed was bare, and just one towel per person, one toilet roll provided.
The curtains are too thin, so the light comes into the room.
My room was in the basement with plastic on the corridor, couldn't lock the door, there was a whole in the wall, the view from the window was a bunch of buckets with paint.
When I requested a room change, the person at reception was very rude and refused, saying that there was no rooms available, and when ask for 2 towels she just gave me one saying that I agreed to the towels provided when clearly in the pics they advertise: there are 2 sets per person on top of the bed.
My relative went again to talk to her and then we got another room, but again, bare bed, dirty kitchen, towel rail rusty.
Very unsatisfied, considering we both had a cold and feeling tired for the journey, the last thing we need was to being put in a room like that and then fight for a better room.
I don't recommend this place at all.
