Delighted with product and service

I ordered a phone case and after almost 2 weeks it hadn't arrived. I got I touch with studio shake and got an almost immediate response to say it had been delivered to my neighbour so picked it up from there and it fits my mobile perfectly and looks really stylish. Will be ordering again in more colours

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Avoid this company.

I ordered an iPhone case as a Christmas gift and it took over two weeks to arrive. When it did, the quality was terrible — no better than cheap cases from Amazon or eBay. Do not be fooled by the glossy images on their website.

The returns process is painfully slow and feels deliberately obstructive. I followed their instructions exactly, yet after 10 days I had to chase them, only to be told they “hadn’t received” the return. Every response is delayed behind automated emails claiming 3–5 days — replies always arrive on the last possible day.

They will not refund you unless you provide proof of postage. It feels like a tactic to avoid refunds altogether, hoping customers lose their receipt. No receipt, no refund.

Even after sending proof of postage, they dragged things out further with a so-called “returns checking process,” then informed me it could take up to another 10 days to refund my card.

Poor quality product.
Slow delivery.
Unhelpful customer service.
Reluctant to issue refunds.

I would never buy from this company again.

Awful

Awful - a company that has all the hallmarks of being fake. I ordered a phone case with a credit card holder, which arrived quickly, but it's almost impossible to get the cards out once fully inserted. Do they not test products to make sure they're effective?! No response to emails requesting a refund, yet they deluge you with marketing buff if you subscribe.
No phone number on their website, no actual icon where you can chat online.
Avoid!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They sent me the wrong item. Not only was it wrong but the quality substandard.
I tried to email to get the actual item I bought but they ignored emails.

iPhone case not functional and return not accepted

The case for iPhone with a flat integrated credit card holder is not functional as one cannot remove the card without removing the whole case. I would not recommend this case. It was for Christmas and went past a 2 week return date so they refused to accept a return. Most companies accept returns after Christmas.

Avoid. Find another supplier

Try to find another supplier. Avoid at all costs. I bought an iPad cover and failed to check the company on Trustpilot. If I had done so, I would have seen the score of 2.3 -- abysmal !

It does not fit.

They have no phone number, and the so-called 'live chat' link can't be found, so no way of communicating. Fortunately, I used Amex, who have given me a refund, subject to the outcome.

Always try to use Amex it you can, their phone service and response is great.

You will see that they have replied below. I have already emailed them on the matter and returned the product. They have not even bothered to read the email, which they had yesterday, before making their reply. This response just confirms my advice = AVOID.

I still have no reply to my email and no response to sending back the defective product. My nake is Chris Skerry

Rubbish! Ordered case for my iPhone 14. Didn’t fit phone and if you put a card in the slots wouldn’t close.
Very cheap and nasty. Went straight in the bin!!!!

I ordered wrong iPhone case

I ordered wrong iPhone case, I returned item for a replacement,but it got lost in the post, I some how lost proof of posting, I emailed this lovely lady at customer service, (Carly) and explained the situation, Carly said that as a gesture of good will she would replace the item. Worst company I have ever dealt with

I bought a phone case which is extremely bad quality. It immediately began to peel, crack and discolour. I have been trying to contact the customer service for 4 months and have had no response to any of my emails. NEVER use this company, they are drop shipping cases off of temu and have no real staff

Bought a phone case which didn’t fit my phone. I had to pay for the return and it’s been almost more than 10 days that nobody gets back to me. I sent them several emails and they keep ignoring me.

Absolute waste of time and money

Absolute waste of time and money. Took 3 days to get a response by email by which time they wanted photographic evidence which was no longer possible due to the length of time it took to reciece a response. The screen protector doesn't allow your fingerprint to be recognised. This left my phone locked and the only option was to take the screen protector off to turn off the sensor but this cracked the screen protector. I cannot express enough to avoid this as much as possible. Far better options on Amazon.

Very poor customer service for refunds

Bad customer service

Unfortunately one of the items sent to me arrived broken. Studioshake were very good in replacing it however by the time I returned and received the new item it was too late (as it was for a present).

I returned the item with proof of postage. I contacted them to ask where my refund was and had to send the proof to them. Now after another week I still have not heard from them despite chasing up by email. Poor service and reading some of the reviews on here I would be wary of buying things sadly. If Studioshake read this, I would really appreciate some contact as to when I will receive my refund. Very bad customer service and I wonder if they are going to refund me at all.
