Linguistic discrimination
After my order in amount of €788.90 (order number CD0790167 ) I was told "We are not authorized to speak in English."
I did order before 3 p. m. with paid delivery service but i was told that my order will be delivered in a day only (even though their website says same day delivery if order before 3 p.m.).
Speaking on emails, chats and phone call i had a feeling of Linguistic discrimination! Sad and awful to see it in Paris ((

You need update your site design ASAP
Design of the site is super old. Owner of the business is Scrooge McDuck I guess. Chromopost just left my lens for 4200€ on the stairs in general space. Horrible experience of online. But for Europe is very common unfortunately.

Lying on a supposedly lost shipment
Expecting a sending for a DJI product from Studiosport on behalf of boutique.dji-Paris, I never received the parcel, nor event a parcel tracking number. 3 weeks after the order, I received an email pretending that the shipment had been lost by the transporter and that the person in charge at StudioSport (Stéphanie) couldn't have access to her email. Simply non reliable.
