I was looking forward to receiving what looked like lovely study material in the form of a hard back book. All their advertising, reviews and information never stated anything about the fact I was going to receive these notes DIGITALLY. I also paid £8+ for delivery and postage, for everything to be sent over email.
I can see this is a reoccurring problem from these reviews…. But what is also really sneaky is that they have since changed their website after I made my order! AWFUL

Scammers! AVOID! Saw an advert on Facebook for a file containing medical revision notes. Appeared to be useful for me so I ordered. Was charged £6 postage costs and delivery address taken. After 3 weeks it hasn’t arrived so queried it. They then replied saying it was digital download only. That was not specified on their website at the time I ordered…. But has since been changed. I asked for a refund as I’ve received nothing, digital or otherwise and they’ve refused. Why charge postage for something sent by email? Misleading and illegal. Now taking matter up with credit card company. Scammers.

BIGGEST CON EVER!!!! AVOID!!!
Seen an ad on instagram and I don’t normally buy into that stuff but I was hoodwinked. I’m studying just now so thought what a great idea. Waited 2 weeks, still says ready to ship but no tracking number. Then went onto the website and seen it was all digital?? Why have an ad showcasing actual books and charge £7 shipping fee when it’s all digital?? AVOID AVOID AVOID

Misleading advertising
Misleading advertising, it said I was buying proper books. After 2 weeks I wrote an email asking to track the order and was presented with a link to download the books. I was charged £7 for delivery and when I confronted them with it, got this"We apologize for any confusion regarding the fee on your recent order. To clarify, the charge labeled as a "shipping fee" is actually a processing fee. This helps cover the costs involved in preparing and handling your order, including items like the mystery box and the educational kids bundle.", asked for a refund due to all the misleading information and it was denied.
