The website is very brief. It does not contain the information to even reach probably a C. It’s summary grids are also too brief and does not cover the full specification of edexcel. I was dissatisfied having paid the yearly subscription which was a lot of money. It’s not useful and i suggest you look elsewhere for revision.

I appreciate the work that has gone into making study politics however I have found that it isn't the most effective resource. Whilst I can praise Study Politics for covering all the content necessary for the Politics A Level syllabus it's slightly basic in some of its descriptions and not as rich in AO1 details needed to reach an A* in Politics. Many of the examples are outdated and the same that you can find in an A Level politics textbook. I would say that if you're struggling with the basic foundation concepts of A Level politics this is a good website to cover all ground and have a basic knowledge. However, if you're looking for something that will boost your grade into Level 5 of a politics essay you're better off purchasing essay plans from the A Level Politics website (Jal Patel) or Politics Explained website. As for a similar/cheaper price, both websites provide essay plans rich with up-to-date examples which are highly effective revision resources. Whilst Study Politics may be very helpful for some I have found that it's on the pricier side for what is provided. That being said lots of effort has clearly gone into the website and the amount of content it provides so with some more recent examples and essay plans it could be excellent as the website itself is very clear, well-organised and user-friendly.

I thought I would give study politics a trial period of a month with a view to sign up for the year if my daughter liked it.
She did not get enough out of it to justify the years subscription, so I did not renew.
Next thing I know a few months later they have been taking £16 a month out of my bank account! I was furious! Clearly I had missed some small print thing!?!!?!
I contacted them and they were very unhelpful, almost rude, and did not offer a refund. By this point my daughter had decided she would like the app and so I was going to sign up for a year, but after their attitude there is no way I would give them another penny.

Study politics gave me access to a unique set of resources that cannot be found elsewhere on the internet. Using these resources I was able to read ahead and confidently master both content and exam technique. Especially helpful were the practice papers, which allowed me to prepare thoroughly for my exams. I would definitely recommend study politics for all students, no matter what stage of their A levels they are at.
