I've been using this website for 3 months and found this very helpful. They have a lot of high quality tutors that are available to help you pretty quickly. The website is straight forward and easy to use!

Was able to get the help I needed through the Q&A service, within the time I requested and within the price range I chose.

Very bad experience. This site may be good for European countries but for Asian people they hardly paid anything. Showing 10$ per review but it is 8.5$. Don't get trap in their fraud.

This website is a big NO. I'd read all the review before entering to this website but still somehow i managed to write notes and posted on it. And yeah Several students of mine and my sister has unlocked those by free unlock features and paid subscriptions as well but they are scammer. They asked me to send them links and emails of students who've unlocked it in my words I've
Sent them still they was the repeated response. I guess they are sending everyone the same message without even reading. And yeah they responsd after 24 hrs. Don't go for uploading docs after watching you tube videos. Will never pay for any unlocks even they will not let you know whether your doc was unlocked or not. And their customer service is pathetic. I've shown them that this student of mine has paid subscription but they were continuously saying No we have no records of him doing unlocks and yeah he unlocked all 92 documents of mine and have shown it to me haha😂. Its a fraud. I don't know how; many youtubers to whom i trusted recommended this website. Its disappointing. And if you are thinking of buying subscription to earn views. It a big no. Dont waste you hard earned money
I always knew that they are never gonna pay me still i wasted my time by using all the methods and tricks on this pathetic website.
Plus its a good website for tutors. As you somehow managed to get 10 or 15 Dollars a week depending on either you get the questions to answer or not. Depends on your luck.
But i seriously don't recommend you to waste your hours on it. You have many other sites like docsity you can post on that but not here. Don't go for this site to earn.

Once I graduated earlier this year, I deactivated my account. However, I recently learned that deactivating does not cancel the subscription. Although I had deactivated my account, I was recently charged for the yearly subscription rate. When I reached out to their customer service asking to be refunded this amount as I had no use for their services, I was basically told, "too bad, so sad" they don't offer refunds. Wow! How hard would it have been to refund the charge? They more or less are taking money for services they will not be providing. Nice way to do business.

I am use few months. He is very help full for all kind of persons as like student to a older man.

Scammers Alert on Studypool !!!

Don't go for uploading docs after watching you tube videos. Those videos are paid from studypool. They are scammers. Will never pay for any unlocks even they will not let you know whether your doc was unlocked or not.
Studypool is a SCAM!

I request higher authorities to file an official complaint against studypool.

study pool is a fake website, I have been uploading documents on it for many days, but none of my documents have been unlocked, then one of my friends needed documents, so I shared the links of the documents with my friend.
He unlocked the documents but I did not receive his money
When I asked about it in the help center, they said that both those accounts are yours and you are using them in the same place
I am from Multan and my friend is sitting in Islamabad and using this account.
