Scammers

I received an email asking me to book an interview to give feedback on their job search tool and it was advertised that I would receive a £15 Amazon voucher the same day. It's been over a week and I've still not received anything and they are ignoring all my emails. They should not be allowed to scam people like this!!!

In cases like this, interview incentives (such as vouchers) are typically handled via the specific research or recruitment process you were invited through, and sometimes managed by an external partner or survey provider rather than directly through the job board team. This can occasionally lead to delays in delivery or communication issues.

That said, you should not be left without a response. If you haven’t already, please check the original invitation email for details on the provider running the interview, as they are usually responsible for issuing the voucher. If there is no response from them, you can also forward the invitation and your details to support@studysmarter.de, and we can help look into it.

I would like to compliment whoever…

I would like to compliment whoever designed this application. The resume and introductory letter was requested, which truly states all an employer needs versus those companies requesting a resume and a cover letter and then requesting redundant information that has already been provided. Thank you.
