Gabriel, the person who assisted me, is very approachable and kind. He is always ready to answer any questions and is very helpful. He does not pressure you into closing any deals; instead, he provides options based on your budget and preferences. Their agency fee is very reasonable considering all the assistance you receive. Although I wasn’t able to choose a room with them, I would gladly reach out again if I ever need one in the future.
