Dontcha hate it when...

Dontcha hate it when you say that you never got your order and they reply, "so sorry to hear that"?!?
I was checking out their bracelets but they don't confirm if the AB crystals are real or not. That made me look up the customer reviews and I know not to order from them now. Thank you. Why are most of these websites from other countries? Do they hate Americans and get a kick out of robbing innocent people who just want to get good deals and look nice? For those of you good people who are still waiting for an order or a refund, keep on following up. Unfortunately, if this website shuts down another one pops up with a different name. I hope they all choke on a big fat 🐓

Don’t order anything!!

Ordered shoes 7 months ago, but never received anything! I have send over 15 mails and massages but they don’t answer… I have lost the €115…

Ordered shoes for my niece for…

Ordered shoes for my niece for Christmas, advised they would be shipped by 15th.. no sign sent email to ask and I was told I "overlooked" the dates and it would be the 20th.. I replied back with the screen grab I had taken to show the delivery date. Was asked if I wanted to continue but the order would be at a later date.. I said OK and was told the order would be shipped by December 30th.. no update since.. sent email asking about it and its being ignored.. have asked for a refund and nothing since.. shocking poor service would just like money back.. which is doubtful at this stage.. do not order from this company as not genuine! Email sent to the below address... Will update if any response..

Scam scam scam!!!!

Scam scam scam!!!!! 3 months ago I made my order. Haven’t received it. Was meant to receive it in one week time.they’re replying me once a month, not answering my questions. Asking the same thing over and over promising to get back the next day and no response again for another 2 weeks.

Beware they do not fulfill order and no…

Beware they do not fulfill order and no response. I’m thinking I’ve been duped and this is a scam.
I’m editing this on 16/01/2024.
I was also advised that my order would be dispatched by 15th Dec 2023. I finally got response to my emails advising that dispatch would be between 21st - 31st Dec, asking if I wanted to continue but the order for these later dates. I agreed to wait. No surprise that nothing arrived!! Now ignoring my emails demanding a refund.
Avoid this scam company .
