Returns policy against UK Law
You can't have a policy where if someone has used a 50% off coupon, you will only refund with store credit.
This is against UK law regarding 14-day cooling off period for items purchased online. So stop trying to fleece people with your nonsense policy.

Refusal to Give Refund Against the Law
This company is not operating within the law with regards to refunds, please be very careful.
As per the Consumer Contract Regulations, there is a 14 day 'cooling off period' whereby an order can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving it and the buyer is entitled to a full refund in the same way the goods were paid for. I.e. If you have paid by credit or debit card, the funds have to be refunded to the same card, regardless of whether or not it was a sale item.
It doesn't matter what refund policy StyleCheat have advertised or are trying to enforce, this is the law.
It is very easy to find this information online and get support with this, however, I would argue it is not worth the hassle. There are lots of online shops who are (more) morally sound and provide excellent customer service - take your money there.

Terrible returns ‘policy’ and even more shocking customer service. Don’t bother ordering if you’re wanting to try more than one thing for the same event as they won’t let you return it for anything but store credit. An absolute scam and horrendous quality clothing. Causing me no amount of stress just trying to return 2 things unworn and only tried on!
I have now finally been allowed to return things after much stress and back and forth but I will not order from here again.

Ordered some dresses and they were all really poor quality with see through material and loose threads. Tried to return the items for a refund only to be told I can only get store credit as I used a discount code. Given that the items are faulty, can’t be worn and not as advertised a full refund is my statutory right. Please don’t waste your time and money by shopping with them.

I'm sorry that you feel these dresses are poor quality and see through, We like to ensure that all our garments meet our high quality stranded before a customer receives them.
Further to my reply today I have looked in to the photos that you provided for us of the garments and I can confirm that the items are not faulty, they do however have a few long threads coming off the end of the stitching, which I am very sorry for. These long treads can simply be cut by you and will not affect the dress at all, However, if you are not happy in doing this we are more than happy for you to send them back to us at we will arrange our seamstress to snip them for you and send them back to you. :)

I received my parcel today. None of the items are suitable and all of a low quality. Tried to generate a return with a refund but only store credit and exchange available. Not happy!
*update - have been told as I have used a certain discount code I’m not eligible for a refund. This was not made clear at time of purchase. I was ordering options for an occasion. Surely this is against consumers rights. Will have to take this up with my bank. Really disappointed!
