As like others I ordered a dress paid…

As like others I ordered a dress paid almost 26.00 for it and of course they sent the wrong dress and then tried to offer me 3.00 I told paypal how dare they offer me 3.00 and I paid almost 26.00 for the dress. Paypal refunded me all of my money.. This place is a scam they get the full price send the wrong item and then offer you pennies but keep the bulk of your money

If I can give negative stars I will

If I can give negative stars I will. I’m also going to see how I can report this company as fraudulent on google. I bought a dress for my sister in law. She is having Gender Reveal and I found the perfect dress on StyleFlow for $26.30 and bought it. Shortly after I received an email confirmation from fabshopper I waited weeks for the dress to arrive without a way to track the package. I sent 3 emails trying to obtain tracking information and none of my emails were answered. Finally I sent a message via PayPal which they did answer. I received my package a couple of days later however the dress sent was not the dress I ordered. Frustrated beyond limits I sent customer care another email trying to get this issued resolved, that email was unanswered as well. After taking pictures of the dress I received, I began the dispute process via PayPal. I included pictures of the dress I ordered vs the dress I received. PayPal sent me a message offering me a $5 partial reimbursement which I did NOT accept. I responded with all the defects and explained I am willing to return the dress at the sellers expense but I will only accept a full refund. PayPal once again responded saying I will get a full refund once the dress is confirmed returned at my expense to China. At this point I lost it on PayPal. I called PayPal and told them I will not spend another penny... NOT 1 more cent of my money on this company so they either send me a return label or I will through the dress away and close my PayPal account. I pay using PayPal because they are suppose to protect me from scammers like StyleFlow aka: fabshopper, aka HA TRADING LIMITED). I don’t know how PayPal allows this company to use their payment services. If PayPal cannot protect me... then I no longer have a use for PayPal. Luckily there are other ways to dispute this purchase and I intend on exhausting all methods. I wish I could post pictures of what I ordered vs what I actually received. I received a badly sewn (the left and right straps were off by almost 1/2”), cheap imitation, and incorrectly put together piece of garbage. I am also filing a complaint with the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION (FTC.GOV) and I suggest everyone else who’s been scammed do the same.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!! Placed an order with Style Flow in Feb 2019 to date this item has never arrived. When I emailed the company several rimes I never got a response. When I contacted the company via PayPal that’s when they decided to respond. They provided me with a tracking number and said my item
Was with yodel, this was in fact a lie. My item to this date has never even left China!!!! I am furious and have now opened a case up with PayPal to get a full refund! This company is a scam and will take your money but never send your goods!!!!! Please do not order from them!!!!!!

Trustpilot emailed me

Trustpilot emailed me, Fabshopper needed information I assumed to correct their wrong.I gave them the order number, have not heard from them and I google to find this dress, now it seem the other companies that carried this dress sold out. Ladies you know what it like to be duped.You pay for the item, shipping and the tracking number and Fabshopper sends you the wrong dress.

Stay well clear

Stay well clear, worst customer service ever, don't answer your questions or resolve the issues, out of pocket with these and can't get it resolved or an answer.

Worst online shop ever

Worst online shop ever. I order one item, received different in one month. The help desk was trying to convince me that i received correct order, despite me sending them the pictures and catalog number of the received wrong item. No manager details were given. Communication goes in circles.Awful!

Worst online experience ever!

Where do I begin...I ordered one sample dress for my wedding court and even though it took a month to arrive I was content with the product. I ordered the exact same dress for 6 of the girls...Huge mistake! It again took a month, but my shipment came in the wrong color and the return of this product has been a nightmare. It has been the worst experience ever! Customer service doesn't help as they keep looping my question of "where is my refund?" to they shipped already. I know that! I sent it back! To this day (2 months later) I'm still waiting for my refund!!

Never doing business with them again!

Zero across the board.

DON'T DO IT.

My fiance and I decided to elope so we bought a dress in late January. Days went by without any kind of confirmation email or anything so I started to get worried that it's all been a scam. Well in one sense it has been.

They charge you for tracking, they charge you to send you the information then they charge you extra for shipping. I spent $15 on shipping because it said that it would only take 5-8 days on their website (LIE). Once I realized that it would not make it in time for the date we picked, I decided to cancel. First I tried to cancel directly from the business and instead of being a good business and just refunding me my money or apologizing for anything they just said it's already been processed so there was nothing they could do about it. I check the status every day for the next week and no change. It still just said "Processed". I finally got an email about a week ago saying they processed my order and its awaiting shipment. AWAITING SHIPMENT A MONTH LATER. Paypal said they couldn't do anything for us because the seller said they already shipped the item (LIE).

Craptastic guys.

Still waiting for my tracking number, still waiting for the dress, still waiting to move on from this company.
