BEARBEITUNG und BELIEFERUNG

I ordered a Wall Furniture Block from 26.07 and still not came 😒. I call them many times and they don't boder themselves to care about customers . This Firma is locketed in Berlin , but they do the Furniture in Poland 🇵🇱. Today they should be calling me for an answer but I will cancel my order as they are not seriously . Definitely I won't buy nothing anymore from here and highly recommend : DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I Sadly orderd a Bed here :(

I have Orderd a bed that was supposed to be deliverd 2-5 weeks ago and im still waiting its been 12 weeks now.
they said they would pay me some compensation but sadly that never happend.
i can not recomand buying anything there and i wont ever again.

Worst shop ever! Do not order from Stylefy

If i could, i would give 0 stars! I ordered a bed that was supposed to be delivered over a month ago. Customer service is nonexistent. Every time I have asked for information about when my bed will be delivered i got told "next week", this always with the usual automated email. The customer account on the website has been deactivated for a month and therefore it is impossible to see the status of the order. This is not a proper way to deal with clients. I have cancelled my order. This company is not serious. Do not order from Stylefy as there are much more serious and reliable furniture saler on every corner… NEVER AGAIN!

Still waiting for half of my 2 item…

Still waiting for half of my 2 item order after over THREE months.
Always the same cut and paste replies to my emails. Emails are responded to very quickly, shame they don't tell the truth, always asking for a 'last effort of patience' and promising delivery at the end of the week.
Such a shame because the bed I ordered (and received two months later) is of excellent quality but I can no longer wait for the long-promised chest of drawers. I just hope that it doesn't take as long for a refund. 😠
Update. 18/06 I asked for a refund for the chest of drawers. After about a week I sent another email to remind them to refund me and I finally was informed they'd 'found' my order and I would be contacted by the delivery firm. In theory it'll be delivered tomorrow 19th June. FOUR MONTHS after I ordered it. And I'll only believe it when I see it.
I felt really sorry for the person who had to keep responding to my emails with the same message over and over as it's obviously not their fault.

DO NOT BUY anything from this company!!!

Unfortunately, I share the terrible experience as with all the other reviewers sharing it has been the worst online shopping experience ever! I wish I read these reviews before I made the order.
I ordered a Sofa of ca. 1200eur and got a terrible quality Sofa that could not be assembled. After three months I am still begging them to give my money back. I have written ca 30 Emails and made countless phonecalls and I still don't have my money back. Costumer service is just terrible, slow and inefficient.
Not to mention that they ask for 100-150 eur costs for the return of the Sofa to be payed by me!!!
DO NOT BUY anything from this company. It is just the worst kind I have ever experienced.

Not so good organized

We ordered a sofa in March and should have been delivered according to the site in 3_5 weeks. 8 Weeks later they sent us a sofa with a broken leg and also has such loud creaking noises as if frogs are singing in it when u sit on it. We sent them a video and they told us that either 45 euros they will pay us or a new sofa. As the sofa was about 900 euros we said we want a replacement. They said it will be sent in 2 weeks. After 6 months
which I called every other week and felt like mouse and cat play I have received the sofa and it is ok. The material is good and looks nice .

The worst online shopping experience of my life, just unbelievable!

This is the absolute first time I'm registering somewhere to write a review. I just feel I need to share my experience and possibly help other people avoid what my wife and I are now calling "the nightmare that never ends".

This company as lied and misled us in multiple ways and we feel the nightmare may have just started.

Long story short: It started by receiving multiple false dates for delivery of our new couch. About one month after ordering it started: "you'll receive it next week", then again "you'll receive it next week" and this went on for 4 weeks straight. Totaling around 2 months for delivery.

Unfortunately, this was not the worst of it. When we finally received an email from the transportation company we noted that the item description was incorrect. We emailed Stylefy's support about this and where reassured: "There was a mistake with the description but we have confirmed the item you will receive is the one you ordered".

Amazingly, we have today received the wrong model of couch, two months after the order and after being put through a gauntlet of constant delays and falsehoods.

We are, of course, at this point requesting the couch to be picked up and to be fully refunded. I'm writing this review before I receive an answer on this but I will definitely update on how our ordeal progresses.

To Trustpilot: I see that Stylefy already had 29 negative reviews claimed/removed from this website. Everything that is stated here can be proven just by forwarding the support email thread which I would happily do.

UPDATE: Three days have gone by since we communicated the situation to Stylefy and they have now gone completely silent, ignoring our emails and requests for return and refund. They where always quite quick to reply whenever we thought about canceling the order, even tried to call us one phone repeatedly then. So we are now stuck with a sofa we didn't order. It seems our only option now is to start seeking legal counseling. As predicted, the nightmare continues...

UPDATE 2: 10 days have gone by all we had so far are two very strange emails, one actually claiming that we received the correct item (again we have the email records with their support to easily prove otherwise) and then one apologizing for the "fake goods". NO acknowledgement of a return and refund whatsoever. We have already filed formal complaints with the relevant authorities in Germany and are now waiting for an outcome.
