SERVICE EXCELLENCE

This morning I had to make contact with your company via LiveChat. I was immediately assisted by MARC. I explained to him what my "chat" was about and the situation I found myself in. Marc was kind, patient and so efficient in what he does. He went the extra mile to ensure that I was helped out of my predicament and I will eternally be grateful to him. MARC is for sure a valuable asset to your company and I wish to give credit where it is due and my sincere thanks to him.

Scam

Scam! Advertised a toy on Facebook that I thought I was buying my son for his birthday, but it transpired that there was no toy and just a subscription to get points. Three days after paying £9.99 for this ‘toy’ they tried taking another £8.57, luckily my bank put a stop to it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
