I’ve been using the MasterStudy plugin and I’m really happy with it. It has a ton of features. Honestly, everything you might need is already there, so nothing feels missing. At the same time, it’s very easy to use, even if you’re not very technical. Setting things up and managing courses is simple and smooth.
What impressed me the most is the support team—they’re amazing! Super helpful, quick to respond, and always ready to assist. Overall, it’s a great plugin and definitely worth it if you’re looking for a solid LMS solution.

I mean exceptional is not a suitable word for them. These guys are something else. I Highly recommend their extra ordinary themes, plugins and especially their Customer Support. I have used their Motors car dealership theme as well as Vin Decoder Pro.
I accidentally forgot to turn off the auto-renewal and it charged my card but as soon as I contacted their support. They said don't worry, We will do it in a blink of an eye :)

I’ve been using your plugins for over two years now especially Cost Calculator in my parking reservation and international package delivery businesses, and I love the technology and simplicity you’ve built into these tools. I encourage you to take it even further and create, for example, an accommodation booking tool like one for booking a hotel for someone who wants to build a site similar to Airbnb or Booking.com. That would help a lot of people expand their businesses. In any case, I love your work and the responsiveness of your customer service team, who are always ready to help and respond very quickly.

The concept and foundation are good, but the support is unfortunately unsatisfactory
After extensive research, I chose Master Study LMS as a good solution for my online course system. At first, I was very satisfied with it; I liked the features and found the course builder easy to use. Since I needed additional features, I purchased the Lifetime Pro version. Everything was going well until an update completely crashed my website.
Support was of little help here and simply sent me links to the documentation, which I had already gone through.
There were also recurring major issues with translation via Loco Translate. After every update, something would break again, and I had to painstakingly fix it. (Experience with WordPress.com).
Here, too, support wasn’t much help.
But the final straw was when I suddenly couldn’t access the course builder anymore. In the end, the WordPress support team tried everything to solve the problem, but couldn’t do anything further because the issue was with the plugin. After receiving more unhelpful and very brief responses from support—each time after waiting several days—I was simply ignored in the end, and the ticket was closed. For me, that was the reason to find another solution. I can only advise anyone using WordPress.com who is hoping for a stable solution to steer clear of this plugin.

We completely understand how frustrating it is when things initially work well and then suddenly break after updates. This is not how your workflow should feel, and we truly regret that this situation led you to consider switching to another solution.
At the moment, our support response times are stable, and in most cases, our agents reply within the same day. Occasionally, there might be some delays during peak periods or due to time zone differences, but overall we’re focused on providing faster and more consistent assistance.
Regarding the course builder issue: based on your previous ticket, everything was working correctly on your staging site. This usually indicates that the plugin itself is functioning properly, and the issue is related to the live site environment — often things like caching, server configuration, or conflicts with other plugins can cause this behavior.
We truly want to help you resolve this completely, but to do that properly, we need to investigate directly on your website. Without access, we can only make assumptions, which doesn’t allow us to give you a reliable fix.
Please open a new ticket and provide WP Admin and FTP access to your live site. Once we have access, our team will prioritize your case, carefully review your setup, and work with you until the issue is fully resolved — not just partially addressed.
Regarding Loco Translate, issues like the ones you described are most commonly related to translation files being saved in the wrong directory. Please make sure they are stored in the correct system folder. If the issue happens again, let us know in your ticket — we’ll check it directly on your site and help you fix it properly.
We also recommend creating a full backup before updates so you always have a safe restore point if anything unexpected happens.
As for the closed ticket, it was automatically closed because we didn’t receive a follow-up response within a few days. This helps us keep the support queue manageable, but you can always open a new ticket at any time — and we’ll gladly continue working with you.
We would really appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you. If you’re open to it, please reach out again — with proper access, we’re confident we can identify the root cause and get your site back to stable operation.

I have tried more than 10 LMS
I have tried more than 10 LMS--both free and paid for at least 6mos each since 2021 and after years of testing different LMS solutions, we picked MasterStudy. The Support is quick, the solutions and fixes are fast, the interface is easy-to-use, the features are the most robust. This product alone made my income more than 3x in the first year alone.
To my fellow non-techy business owners, we should understand the dynamics of digital products. I used to complain about features that are not available yet, or support not replying to me after 3hrs of sending a ticket, or about a color of a button that I don't like.
But then I realized that requesting a feature at no extra cost takes times as this needs thorough testing, support agents need to review the details of our tickets, and CSS codes are among the easiest technical skill to learn (esp with the use of AI).
We are very happy with this product. Simply amazing! 👏👏👏 to the MasterStudy team.
