As with previous reviews, ordered a coat on 14/12/24 and received very basic order confirmation and nothing further. No replies to emails. SCAM

They took €100 from my account, never sent an order number or order confirmation. No answer from any of their social media, and their website has been taken down. Will be taking legal action if we don’t get our money back. The email they have given to people replies on here is fake too.

I experienced the same issues as many others have described here. I placed an order on 24/12/2024 for two items (a Yohji Yamamoto tie and a pair of black Puma shoes). Shortly after, I received a very basic confirmation email with an order number, stating that shipping details would follow in the next few days. However, no updates or parcels ever came, and my attempts to contact them through the email listed in the enquiries section went unanswered.

It’s clear from the reviews that the staff at StyleMyles only respond to 5-star ratings, likely ones they fake themselves, while completely ignoring any negative feedback. This website is a complete scam—please avoid it at all costs.

I ordered a jacket on 24.12.2024 and the merchant sent me an email that the order is paid and received and to wait 1-3 days for a tracking number and delivery info. Since then they stopped all contact with me and I can no longer reach them. They do not answer to my emails, nor have they sent me any info about my package.

I think this site is a scam. I ordered long champs bags. instead a bogus charge appeared on my account. I had to close it.

Hello I placed and paid for my order on Saturday 7th December 2024. I got an auto email stating I’ll get email with delivery & tracking details within 1-3 days.

We are now on day 5 after my order and I still have no tracking or delivery information..?

I have paid for my order s2024112222452479 and I still do not receive the order confirmation. I tried to contact this comapny many times over the email and they do not answer. Additionally the company from Hongkong withdraw from my bank account extra money without information what is the title of this download which I didn't authorized, so now I have blocked my credit cards, it looks like a theft of card details and money. I am going to inform the police about this situation.

They are scam the website is not real. It's a fake. Thieves.

The company states on its website that the customers should not worry about duties. Everything is covered. I made a purchase. And, of course, DHL sends me a duty bill right before the delivery. I contacted Stylemyle and asked them what to do. They said I had two options: either refuse the package or accept it--pay the duties, provide Stylemyle with the copy of the bill, and they would reimburse me. I accepted the package and paid the duties bill. I emailed the customer service with the copy of the receipt. They would not responde for a while. Then someone from their CS replied saying they would pay "next week". Since the end of January I have been emailing them a couple of times a week. Silence! I hope they read this. Offering me to accept the package and pay the expensive duties and now disappear like that? Sounds like a scam. I cannot believe I fell for it. I will be willing to change the review if someone from Stymyle is going to do what they promised.

I placed the order, paid for express delivery, after a long waiting period, I asked for a tracking number.
The number does not correspond to my order, although Customer Service assured me that it was my shipment.
The parcel was picked up in another city by another person, he contacted Customer Service again, they told me that a new parcel with my order had been sent to me, and then the contact was cut off!
Is this website a scam? Not money, not orders!!!
