Great service and great products. Brought my Bedrooms from them and they got every design on point and also send 3D design. Highly recommend this company, they were specialist in fitting and everything done in just 2 days.

Surinder came out to give us 3 consultations on our fitted wardrobe design, however, the communication was really poor so he arranged for his partner Salil to visit us. During Salil’s visit, we were able to finalise our wardrobe design and make a booking for the works. Three employees, including Surinder, turned up on the agreed date to start works. The work was carried out quickly and they were relatively clean and tidy. Once the job was complete, we noticed that they had damaged our wooden bannisters and had drilled holes through one of our cupboards and did not own up to it. For this reason, we held back some money. Salil was extremely pushy on the phone in trying to get the full payment, but we insisted that we would like to thoroughly check the works overnight and release the outstanding funds afterwards.

Upon checking the works, we found:
1. They had drilled through an electrical cable which put our electric shower out of use.
2. There was some residue on the wardrobe mirrors which led us to assume that there was a defect.
3. They installed drawer handles that were not aesthetically pleasing without consulting us or providing us with the range of handles available for us to choose from.

We informed Salil the next day of these issues and he agreed to come out to take a look. Point 2 was rectified with no issues. However, Salil refused to take responsibility for the damage his team had caused to our shower and refused to compensate us for the cost of paying an electrician to repair the damage. We asked why he didn’t check the area with an electrical stud finder and he very arrogantly stated that he doesn’t do this as part of his job as he has never had this issue before. We found this to be very strange and negligent since this is a fundamental part of Salil’s role as a wardrobe installer. Overall, we were happy with the cost and efficiency. However, based on Salil’s ignorance and arrogance to not accepting responsibility for the damage his team had caused, as well as his poor attitude to customer service, we would not recommend his company to anyone.

They are excellent as they help you in transforming your room and giving great ideas .. very good material . Have used them for both my houses and happy to recommend .

They have designed my bispoke kitchen & bedroom furnitures including wardrobe and beds ... they are believed in excellence client experience and finish all their work within timeline and provided professional advise on colour and design.
