ordered some jeans and i made mistake they fixed the issue straight away and replaced the item for me as i was traveling soon and they made sure the right size got to me just in time

Took my money and have not received my purchase, replied to my first email in a very vague way saying my parcel has been signed for. I email back asking who did they use so I could follow it up but heard nothing since and they still have my money. Total THIEVES. The top was for my other half’s birthday so now has not had a gift off myself or my kids.
Awful company. Return items and they never refund and ignore all calls and emails. Thieves
Superb customer service.
Ordered a pair of shoes from the store. After ordering I was notified that there would be an issue fufilling the order as the pair they left in stock was damaged. I was offered a replacement in a different colour or a refund.
I opted for the refund and it was issued swiftly.
I have full confidence using this store again knowing they keep the customer in mind!
