First of all it has never been our intention to mislead our customers, we accepted the information from the Danish Consumer Ombudsman,
and we removed all products and everything related to sustainability from our platform back in 2021, as we were unable to provide sufficient sustainability documentation from our partners.
We have removed information that could mislead our customers about sustainability since then, and we have taken the feedback to heart and will do our best to continue this work for all our customers in the future.

My order was cancelled without mentioning a reason
(Updated. See below) I was a fan of this webshop until I realised that one of recent orders (a big order) cancelled and refunded by Stylepit without mentioning a reason. I had to search for the customer service email on Google. Update: I sent and email and I received a reply that my order got lost and therefore they made a refund. I believe they should've mentioned this in an email upon order cancellation.

Worst black friday shopping experience: I have ordered from Stylepit a couple of time. This time, I ordered goods worth over 1000DK but when the items arrived, i had to take a deep breath for a few days before i could open it due to the disappointment. The packaging was in a terrible state. The items were just dumped in a big used postnord plastic bag that was dirty and tattered, somethings would even have fallen out along the way. In addition, some items were of poor quality and not true to size. Some were not worth returning so i have to give them out. I had to return a few items and had to pay up to 49kr for the return. I used the same bag to send back the items, so they can see the bag, but i took the liberty to package it properly. I would rather buy from a company where the return is easy and free and there is consistency in quality and sizes. Stylepit makes it very dificult for you to return an item, all they care about is your money. so be warned.
