I am very pleased with the outcome of my phone case, very well made, and personalized picture made very nice too! I really like it, seals tightly all around, great waterproof case! I was worried at first because delivery took awhile, been tracking it and looked like it was stuck at a certain location for 4-5 days, so I called and the girl checked and assured me it was still in transit and I could check back in a couple of days. I tracked again in couple days and there was movement! Was so happy to see it in my mailbox yesterday! 😁 Quickly opened it and at first when I opened it, i saw a 16E label affixed on the case box and I said OMG, I know I selected 17E for my new phone! I was feeling bummed because after waiting so long, now they sent me a wrong personalized case! But to my surprise, it was actually the correct case, just thankfully perhaps mislabeled and BEAUTIFUL! Had a little hard time trying to fit the case on, but after trying, it fit perfectly and looks great! Thank u so much! I’m a happy camper! Well worth the wait!

I got exactly what I wanted in my package, and when something was wrong, they solved the problem immediately, and they are consistent with messages. If you want a custom phone case or anything, they are perfect for the job.

Absolutely awful product. After a day of use, the photos on my custom phone case were already peeling off. After 5 days of light use have of the photos are completely peeled off the phone case. I sent a photo to customer service and requested a refund. They offered to send me another case. After back and forth several times, all with me requesting a refund and them offering to send me a different case with 1 photo (I wanted a case with photos of all my kids, not just 1 photo) or a blank case, they stopped messaging back when I said I would be leaving a poor review since they aren't making this right. I also dropped the case once (after the photos had been peeling off) and the protector around the camera portion broke off. Poor quality and poor customer service.

I love both things I ordered I got a phone case and my earrings with my daughter’s picture on it for her cheer competition. They came in a timely manner. Definitely will be ordering from them again.

I am so happy with my phone case. The quality is excellent and it was great to find one that fit my 2 year old Motorola phone perfectly with the image that I wanted.

Ordered a personalised phone case with high quality photos submitted by me, however the end product was a cheap feeling flimsy poor quality case with very blurry photos. Not worth the money a Christmas present wasted in the end

I ordered a phone case for my husband using a picture from his trail camera. The gift turned out beautiful! He will be so surprised! The picture was clear, not fuzzy! I would definitely order from your company again! My only complaint is that once I ordered it, there were no exact updates on shipping -“about 2-3 weeks “, and I was starting to get a little worried. Texted the company and got a response within a few hours!

Ordered a phone case, it was far too bulky and I couldn't press the buttons or use the edges of the screen. Contacted the company who offered to send a replacement in a different style. I didn't have to pay for the full case, just the difference between the two. The new case is fantastic and works really well to protect my phone. The personalisation is beautiful photos of my 2 dogs. I recently dropped my phone and the front part of the case broke, it did its job as my phone screen was undamaged. I again contacted the company who have arranged for another whole new phone case to be sent. They respond to emails within 24 hours, most of the time within 10 minutes. They've been brilliant, gone above and beyond what they would be expected to and I can't fault them.

Update: So the wallet phone case finally arrived and I have to say it is beautiful. However, it has 2 slots for credit cards and 1 for license, but if you put 2 credit cards and a license in there the case doesn't close. That and the long wait for the item to arrive, is why I am giving 3 stars, but Styletify does very nice work.

Created a photo phone cover of our three grandchildren using a MagSafe iPhone cover. It protects the phone well and the picture looks great on my wife’s iPhone. Very happy with their service.

After Writing my bed review here, they actually contacted me. Promising my refund , something went wrong with me previous claim, and asking me to take down the bad review. They promised me the refund was on it's way and send my pressuring e-mails to take down the review. I answered every time with the same reply, that I would adjust my review when I receive the refund. A month has passed, still no refund and they stopped answering my e-mails again.

I purchased a magnetic phone wallet that doesn’t work at all. It barely clings to the phone when empty — forget trying to add cards. The product is defective by design and completely unusable for its advertised purpose.

After reporting the issue, the seller dragged me into a ridiculous loop of “send another video” requests. I’ve already sent three separate videos clearly showing the defect, yet instead of issuing a refund, they keep asking for more “proof.” It’s a transparent attempt to delay and avoid honoring a refund.

I’ve now formally requested a full refund and given them every opportunity to resolve this amicably. Their refusal to do so is not just bad customer service — it’s a breach of basic consumer protection obligations.

This company should not be selling to the public if it can’t stand behind its products or treat customers with honesty. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will be filing a report with consumer protection authorities and sharing this experience across all major review platforms to warn others.

Do not waste your money or your time.

They were very attentive to my concerns and they responded very quickly every time I was in need of assistance. I definitely recommend buying their phone cases.

Received my picture phone case today and three screen protectors absolutely love it great quality would definitely buy again , would absolutely recommend this company thank you so much

My first time ordering on 9/19. I ordered 2 cases and 1 wallet case! I paid for express shipping and after a week I still hadn’t even received tracking information so I sent an email. They replied within 2 hours and that’s when I learned it was overseas! The customer service was excellent! The cases arrived on 9/30 and they are absolutely perfect! Clear photos and great quality! I will order again for sure! I recommend this company 100%
