I had to return a pair of shoes as I had purchased the wrong size. It was so easy and not a problem.

I am so grateful for the care, support and time that the Styletread Customer Service Team Members took to identify and rectify the confusion l caused regarding an incorrect order number I had quoted for a return label.
I received prompt responses and return labels via email. The Customer Service Team Members were so helpful, understanding, professional and polite. I am very impressed.
I am truly heartened to have found a company that has shown old fashioned customer care. It is a rarity to find this type of customer care nowadays.

Styletread sent me the wrong shoes. Shoes I would never wear and did not want. Instead of sending the shoes I ordered straight away to correct their mistake, and ask me to return the others as soon as I could, they said I had to go to the post office and return the unwanted ones first. I understand this policy for an exchange for change of mind, but not for their error. It is hard for me to get to a post office as they are open 9-5, so I had to go to a store on a Sunday to buy a pair of shoes as I needed them before I would get the ones I ordered from them. Once I can get to a post office when they are open, it’s then 10 days out of pocket to process the refund!!! Defeats the purpose of online shopping
After waiting nearly a month I still don’t have the right shoes. The parcel I received had two different labels on it. One to me in Qld and another to a lady in WA. This parcel sat at StarTrack for two weeks due to the two different labels on it. It took numerous calls, emails and travelling to locate the parcel only to find they weren’t my shoes. After speaking to Styletread they informed me they would send me the correct shoes and it would take a further 10days to receive it. Such poor service.

Supposedly shoes are checked by warehouse assistants before sending items out however, Shoes were dirty which I believe are display stock or the shoes had been taken home and worn. Customer service was good and said I could send them back. The point is, it shouldn’t happen in the first place. I have been buying from style trend for many years and never had a problem before. This experience has turned me off buying from style trend again.

I would give Styletread zero stars if I could. After waiting 4 weeks and my sneakers are still awol they finally paid out a refund AFTER I posted this scathing review (now edited to reflect refund eventually granted).
I've had good experiences with them in the past but now I'd hesitate to use them again.
The sneakers were sent me quickly in New Zealand but I decided they were unsuitable.
Over the course of nearly 3 weeks I've emailed 4 times requesting a return label. There is no NZ phone number.
Ive had no acknowledgement even. In just over a week the time to return them will be up.
This is a completely unacceptable way to treat customers.

I purchased a pair of sandals that went on sale. I had been watching the price of these sandals and snapped them up when they went down in price. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong size. I sent them by via the return label supplied by Styletread which is extremely easy to use.
Today I went to the website to order these sandals in the correct size. The price was no longer discounted. I emailed customer service and asked if I could please purchase these sandals at the discount price. Sonia, of Customer Care could not have been more helpful. She organised for me to purchase the sandals at the discount price saving me nearly $40. I now purchase most of my shoes online with StyleTread and have also recommended your company to my friends.

There number is disconnected.
I have lost count of how many emails I sent with pictures and information!! They just are ignoring my emails. They keep sending me a generic email. Is this company real ? Have I been scammed??
Please be careful.. when ordering from them. I will definitely never order from them AGAIN!!!!

Wow, I was so surprised to see all the negative reviews here! I came here to post after an exceptionally good experience just now.
I ordered several pairs of shoes a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, I got unlucky with sizes, nothing fitted (although the shoes themselves were great quality, and arrived in a timely fashion).
Processing return labels was quick and simple. I returned the packages the next day to my local PO. Over a week later, and tracking tells me one big package is sitting there!
AusPost tells me there is nothing I can do for another 10 days. Getting close to the 30 day return deadline! So I got onto online chat with Styletread. (This is the second time I have contacted them through chat, the first with a specific shoe question).
Response was fast both times. I explained the situation when I got to a "live human". Within minutes, I was told that because my parcel was lodged and tracked with AusPost, they would go ahead and refund anyway. Within 1-5 business days.
I go to my online banking to check something else out. And good heavens - the refund is there already! I don't know how much better it can get :)
PS - I just received a phone call from A Real Live (and friendly) person, in response to a text I sent to their online phone number. Follow up after less than 30 mins of sending. Heaven knows why my experience has been so very different to others here, but I'm one happy bunny with Styletread.
