Over a month with no delivery and zero accountability

I placed an order on March 24th, and over a month later, I still have not received my items. Despite reaching out multiple times, the support team provides no actual updates—only generic "we are following up" responses and ticket numbers that lead nowhere.
Suddenly, I was told there was a "problem with my address," which is completely illogical as I have ordered from Stylevana before to this exact same address without issue. I re-confirmed the details immediately, yet the shipment status remains stagnant. I have now requested a full cancellation and refund. If you value your money and time, be cautious; the lack of transparency and refusal to resolve shipping errors is unacceptable.

Unprofessional Service

I made my order assuming that since all the items were fully in stock, they would be delivered quite quickly. Instead, the order has taken over a month, and there is barely any way to track it! I will not be ordering again from this website.

Good reasonably priced skincare. Always pay via PayPal!

I have been using stylevana to order my skincare since 2022 and have placed many orders (usually two bulk £40-50ish orders a year, so I can get free shipping and free items using the codes on their Facebook stories). Shipping is slow, usually 2-3 weeks from placing the order to delivery for me, but I don’t mind as the shipment is tracked, the price is low and it’s coming from another country. I always make sure to pay through PayPal so if there is an issue it’s easy to get my money back (once I did mention requesting a refund via PayPal to their service team when my order took almost a month to arrive, they then removed the ability to pay via PayPal from my account, which was annoying but I just created a new one 😛). I used to pay for insured shipping but have since stopped as I never needed it. I wouldn’t recommend painting for any sort of expedited or insured shipping from them tbh, I don’t think it makes much of a difference.

Nearly two months and no delivery

I have been waiting nearly two months for my order. Having emailed support three times and still have not received a response. Unfortunately there is no other way to contact them except through the support email which no one seems to be handling.

Order not received, have to wait for 8 week investigation before resolved

I hadn't received any order updates beyond the 'it's been shipped' one for ten days, so I sent an email to Stylevana to ask if I could get an update. They said the order had been marked as delivered a week ago, but I hadn't received anything.

Usually, this would be annoying, but not the end of the world - sometimes shipments get lost or delayed, and most organisations will either offer a refund or replace the items. Stylevana sent through a list of things for me to investigate (including checking CCTV footage if it was available and going to my local post office). When I confirmed the package was nowhere to be found, they sent me a PDF form to complete - not one that could be completed online, but one that I needed to print out, complete by hand, and scan and send them (which just gives the impression that they're trying to make this process difficult for customers).

Once I submitted that, they told me there would be a 6-8 week investigation with their couriers. This is ridiculous - I ordered skincare products that I use on a daily basis, and I need to wait 6-8 weeks before they get replaced or refunded??

At this point I don't even care about the resolution - I will never be shopping with them again. The only reason the review is currently 2 stars instead of 1 is because I'm expecting there will be some resolution after the 6-8 weeks, but after my experience so far, I wouldn't be surprised if nothing came of it. Really not happy.

Depuis ma commande est toujours "en préparation" ; depuis un mois ils me disent par mail qu'un des articles n'est pas en stock et qu'ils l'attendent d'ici 2 à 3 semaines (depuis 3 semaines, ça reste 2 à 3 semaines). Ils sont connus pour leur réponse publique, automatique, toujours la même sur trustpilot, pour simuler un service client existant :

I ordered items that were all marked as "In stock - Shipped within 24h." I even paid extra for express shipping with insurance. That was a month ago. Since then, my order status has been stuck on "Processing."
​For a month now, your customer service has been telling me by email that one item is out of stock and expected in "2 to 3 weeks"—but this delay never changes, even after 3 weeks of waiting. Meanwhile, this very same item is STILL listed as "In stock" on your website. This is blatant false advertising.
​You are known for your automated, copy-pasted public responses on Trustpilot to simulate a functional customer service, but in reality, there is no resolution, no commercial gesture, and no solution provided via email.
​I demand the immediate shipment of my order via the express service I paid for, or I will initiate a chargeback through my Visa provider for "Merchandise not received" and deceptive business practices.

Horrible order management

Horrible service. You are never updated if an item is out of stock at the time of order processing. The order sits indefinitely awaiting restock unless you follow up with support to remove the out of stock item.

Very positive - Highly recommend for rare Japanese products.

I am writing this review, because I wish to show a different experience from the low-rated ones here.
I placed 2 orders to Stylevana (I live in the UK). In both cases, the order was for Japanese Lip Balms that are unavailable outside of Japan, and Amazon JP would not ship to the UK either.

In both cases, I had an excellent experience with Stylevana. The first order was dispatched within 3 days of placing it, and arrived within 3 days.
The second order was dispatched 2 weeks after placing it, and arrived today, within 3 days.

YES, they are genuine.
YES shipping is from Hong Kong (which is why, I suspect, they have access to these products unavailable outside of Japan and Korea, etc).
YES dispatch and shipping can take a long time, but they will dispatch, and the shipment will arrive, well packaged and as fast as you pay for (free is slow, paid is fast).

I will definitely use them in the future, and I highly recommend them. All products were genuine and exactly as described. Thank you so much Stylevana.

The worst service I have ever…

The worst service I have ever experienced!
Don’t waste your time or money with these scammers!
I ordered six items. After a month of silence, they suddenly emailed to say half of my order wouldn’t be delivered because they “don’t have stock”. Fine - annoying, but fine. Then I wait another two weeks, get an email saying three items are on the way. Two more weeks pass and what arrives?
ONE item. One.
This company is a joke. Completely unreliable, zero communication, and absolutely no respect for customers.
Never again!!!

Dodgy company

Dodgy company. Don’t buy. 2 weeks they couldn’t ship the order. After exchange of 3 emails and demand for cancellation and refund they come up with “please confirm the address” story. 🤬 Since then no communication and no refund either.

They block accounts, there are delivery issues, communication problems, and a complete lack of accountability

I placed and paid for an order on Stulevana on February 10, 2026 (BWSVXXB1000261768), and it still hasn't arrived—and now it's nearly May! I received no response or assistance regarding any of my inquiries. For every email I sent, I received only an automated reply containing a case number and a promise that someone would contact me. They blocked access to my personal account and attributed the delay to the claim that I had supposedly provided an incorrect delivery address. However, I had already received an order from them back in August 2025, which would have been impossible if the address listed in my account had been incorrect. To make matters worse, they marked my order as "complete" within my account, even though I never received it. I won the dispute through PayPal and successfully recovered my money. And only now—suddenly—have they finally responded to an email I sent back in March asking for help, demanding that I withdraw the dispute! Just wonderful! Do not order from them; they fail to fulfill their obligations and show no respect for consumer protection laws. They only react when a formal complaint is filed. You will lose both your money and your peace of mind; your mood will be ruined, and you will be left to deal with the hassle of trying to get your money back.

I had to give one star because zero is not an option.

I spent over CAD $200 and never received my order. After a month with no delivery, I contacted customer support and was told it had been delivered on January 25th. I was home that entire time (I work from home and was in the last month of my pregnancy), so I would have known if a delivery had been attempted.

No tracking information was ever provided, and their only suggestion was to check with my neighbors, which is not realistic given my setup.

No solution was offered. I lost my money and my products.

Very disappointing experience.

Never received the package but they kept the money

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Stylevana.
I placed an order over 3 months ago and never received my package. The tracking provided is either invalid or shows no useful information, and even the local courier has confirmed they have no record of the shipment.
Despite this, Stylevana keeps sending the same generic responses, claiming they are “investigating” or asking me to wait until the package is returned to their warehouse — which makes no sense, since the package appears to be lost.
At this point, this feels like a scam. I have paid for goods that were never delivered, and the company refuses to resolve the situation properly.

53 days of waiting and zero progress!

Ordered on March 6th. All items were marked 'Ready to ship within 24 hours' — this is a complete lie. Two weeks later, I was told one item was out of stock. I decided to wait, but another month passed with zero updates. I finally requested to remove the missing item. They spent 1.5 weeks supposedly packing what was already 'packed in March'.
Now, after 47 days of waiting, they suddenly claim my address is incomplete! It took them nearly two months to check the address? I still have no tracking number. Customer service is non-existent. Total scam, stay away! Order #BWSVPLA3000023951.
UPDATE April 28:
Stylevana replied with a generic 'contact us' message, but this is just a delay tactic. I have already contacted you multiple times. My last ticket numbers are #646833 and #653277.
You have been 'packing' my order since April 13th. You are in direct violation of your own terms and my consumer rights. Stop providing robotic replies and provide a working tracking number for my order immediately.
53 days(!!!) of waiting is unacceptable.
