Problems with payment

I've ordered from this site five times, but I won't do it again.

There are always payment problems. After an unsuccessful payment, it deletes all the items from the cart and I have to add everything again.

The last time I paid with my husband's card, I managed to pay on the sixth try. After that, they asked for payment confirmation and asked for the card details—which seems like a scam. normal stores don't do that! I refused to send the card details, and my order was simply cancelled.

The customer service is terrible!

Im not the kind of person that writes a…

Im not the kind of person that writes a review buuuuuttt. Really the worst website I have ever shopped. Its been almost a month that I placed an order and is still in packing status. Contacted them in case an item was out of stock as I was willing to replace it but informed me everything is fine. Yesterday they ask me to confirm my address which I find ridiculous. I keep getting automated mails and I cant speak to a real person. Really guys protect your mental health because im extremely furious about them. They put you in this kind of position that you have to become a Karen. Someone should shut them down. I will update you if my order arrives or if im asking a refund throu PayPal. Yeah even here they answer with automated answers like we are stupid and we haven't sent a ton of email. Pathetic at least. UPDATE: After sending them tons of emails I opened a dispute in PayPal and i took a refund. Really guys don't bother with them. They are not gonna help. Better shop from somewhere else where the people actually care about running a business right.

Pleasant surprise

Pleasant surprise. After ordering, read a lot of negative reviews and started to worry that it is a scam. BUT.. (1) received product a little over a week after order (from HK to Canada) (2) Was provided with accurate tracking data (3) great value as product zinc oxide suncreen (Korea origin) eight times cheaper than available in Canada

Those bad reviews must be fake ones. All orders I had from Stylevana was delivered and with quality. Really surprised by Trustpilot score as it is not deserved at all. I mean stuff can happen, but as everywhere. I had only good experience and will continue to buy.

A month since I ordered and paid for express delivery. Multiple confusing emails from staff. The tracking number I’ve been sent is dodgy and it was only dispatched two days ago. Staff given copy paste responses and conflicting messages. I would not order from them again. You can see another copy paste response that will be in reply to this review. 2 month delivery time

Bought from them three times now, but this will definitely be the last one. Every time it took over 25 days to deliver, now I placed and order and it has been a month already so reaches out to them and the order was not even packed and they said that because they were waiting for a single sheet mask piece (£0.76) I would receive my order only a month after that. Total WAIT FOR DELIVERY 2 month!!!! My order was well over £200 too and they did take my money! Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid

I placed my order at the end of March with the idea (and notification) to receive within 2 weeks max (and I also paid an extra fee for it to be insurance - maybe I was already suspicious LOL). Long story short, one of the item goes sold out and they proceed with refunding it - but the other 3 items are said to be prepared in the warehouse for +3 weeks and they keep sending me emails saying "your order is ready to be dispatch". I have just got in touch with their CS and they now say that my order has already left the warehouse but they don't have tracking code to provide me with. That's bad.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Package never arrived and even though the shipping company admitted the package was lost, Stylevana continued to state that they’re investigating. 3 months later (5 months total since ordering) they emailed back “sorry, you’re not getting your package, it’s lost” Then after not responding for another week offered “coupon” to use on their site to reorder. Thieves !!! Why would one reorder from such company? Stay away, far away!! YesStyle is superior.

Made a purchase and won't happen ever again

Made a purchase, 3 items were leaked and I asked for a refund. They said they wouldn't refund back to the original payment but store credit. This is basically forcing you to purchase with them again or they will just keep the money. Will never purchase anything from them anymore. I dont recommend people do the same either

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I placed my order on 30th Jan and it has been dispatched on 10th Feb. Yes, delivery takes time, however it’s 100% worth waiting because of price difference. I also had a little gift in my parcel!

Even though I had cancelled the order 3 times and they shipped it anyways I have to pay to return the items....Customer service is A class shit.

I placed an order on STYLEVANA.com and realised that I had forgotten to use coupon I had received via email. I emailed customer service right away sharing the coupon code and letting them know that I had just placed an order and not used the coupon. I asked if the coupon can be applied to the order and if not to cancel the order. I received an email asking g if I wanted to cancel the order. I replied to please cancel the order. About 2 days later, I received an email that the order was being prepared for shipping. I sent 2 more emails explaining the situation and requested to cancel the order. I sent another email to cancel the order. I then received another email 2 days later stating that the order was shipped. Customer service wasnot helpful. Even though I carefully explained it seemed to me that the email was too generic abd then not acknowledge my concerns. I sent 2 more emails about their returns process with no reply received. Horrible customer service. It's all about sales. They have a 2.0 rating. I had similar issues with thei customer service in the past. Tey dont even issue refunds...they give you product coupons. Not a professional trustworthy site to shop from.

Avoid at all cost!

I placed an order with Stylevana three months ago, worth €50, and unfortunately, I still haven’t received my products. Tracking shows that the parcel was returned, yet even after repeatedly contacting customer service—and pointing out that it’s unacceptable and possibly illegal to delay resolving an issue for over a month—they keep saying they will “get back to me” but never do. Very poor communication and customer support. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Charged but no confirmation and no goods

Placed and order and was charged on Saturday. It’s not Tuesday and I have not received a confirmation email with any details. I reached out to their customer service and have had no response. I wish I had read these reviews first. Do not use them.

Update: I have contacted the company and they have requested further information (including order number which I don’t have as I never received a confirmation email). I have provided them with the information and pointed this out and I have had no response. The company however has managed to respond to this post providing no help whatsoever. If I could give zero stars I would.

Update: they ultimately cancelled the order and issued a refund which did come through. On that basis I’m giving them one further star but I will not shop there again.

I was very anxious after reading all the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Package arrived complete, very well packed and the box was in perfect condition. Delivery took 2 weeks but it was worth it 😁 I received a free sample too. I will definitely use it again.

Ordered 24th March and still not arrived. Emailed their customer support 2nd April for an ETA, zero response. Still waiting... I wouldn't order again based on how long it takes to get to you... if it in deed does arrive. If not will be taking it up with PayPal. **UPDATE** arrived 13/4/2026. Very nicely packaged and all present and correct so am upgrading my stars. However, the standard response advising to email them... the whole point being I DID email them on 2nd April and no response. I still think 3 weeks is too long to wait for delivery and the lack of customer service lets them down!

Never received my order, never received any email, letter or text message informing that the package was ready for pick up. I made a separate order on the same day and received it normally at my home, but this one simply never arrived. Now I have to pay for the shipping fees and wasted 2 months waiting.
