I had a positive experience shopping on Stylevana, I was a bit hesitant initially due to the bad reviews online regarding the shipping, however my package arrived after 3 weeks. Disappointing how they do not provide any samples, but overall my experience was good.

I placed my order BWSVESB2000026140 on May 27th, which cost me 206.74€!!!
The shipping company Cttexpress generated a tracking number for me and the last update was June 4th, "In International Transit."

During this time, I've requested them info about the status of the shippment and they are only excusing about the delay but don't give a resolution to it.

I WANT A REFUND OF MY MONEY!!!

TOTAL SCAM!!!

I am writing to follow up on my order #BWSVESB2000019948, which I placed on May 14, 2025. As of today, I have not received any shipping confirmation or update regarding the status of my order.

I understand that delays may occur, but it has now been over two weeks without any communication, and I am concerned about the status of my purchase.

Could you please provide an update on this order? If the order cannot be processed or shipped soon, I kindly request a full refund.

IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM. I've made my order on the 31st of December. After two weeks there still was no tracking so I asked them why and they said they were waiting for some products to come back in stock (why do you sell them if you don't have them in stock?). 3 more weeks go by and then, after sending them another email, they say they can't ship to my address. I change the address, they say they'll ship it there and that it was "ready to be shipped"... that was January, we're in the middle of March. I asked once for it to be cancelled, they asked me if I want to keep it and they'll give me a discount and samples, to which I said yes because I thought it was ready to be shipped but alas two more weeks have gone by since then and NOTHING. I've finally asked for it to be refunded completely, asap. It's just clearly not a real store, they probably take your money and disappear.

My order was placed 3 months ago and no delivery, no refund and no reply from the customer service, which they claim will resolve issues quickly. That is a lie. They are incapable of solving anything, in months, never mind quickly. Never order from Stylevana! You can get the same products from other companies without having to deal with this kind of utter incompetence. Don't give your hard-earned money to companies who won't even reply to your e-mail! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!!!

After one month waiting, I sent a lof of mails, but only automatic answers.
Finally I tried to cancel order, and then they changed my order because out of stock some products, no answers again. I continued cancelling order (I hope they cashback all my money), but I'm not sure.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!
THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! They never delivered my items and they never refunded!! I have been emailing them everyday and only once somebody called KATIE LEWIS responded and I sent her my details and she disappeared that was one month ago.. and a total of 3 MONTHS TOTAL!!

Please save yourself and do not order here. What you are saving in the cost of the articles is not worth it.
If you are lucky and get all the products, please make a party. I received a damaged article, luckily of the value of only 4€. I tried reaching out to get a refund or replacement, with no success. Had to go through Paypal but even they do not protect you at all. I was asked to return the article, at my cost, to Hong Kong (which I am sure costs more than 15€) in order to get a refund of 4€. There is simply nothing more they can do for me. I will never buy from them again. Please please please do not buy from them, we cannot allow companies to take advantage of customers like this.
